Federate now! The EU names for things are inside out and upside down and just outright confusing to the rest of the world. EG: The Parliaments of the Westminster system PROPOSES legislation - but the EU Parliament acts like a Senate in a Bicameral system and APPROVES or REJECTS legislation. Even in the USA where the "Parliament" is called "The House of Representatives" where they propose legislation, the USA have the sense to call their "Upper House" a Senate. I'm not sure how the EU treatise ended up like this - but Federation surely could look at tidying all this up.
