First time im seeing JK joke worked out very well 🤩. But the solution he gave afterwards seem not sounding to gathering and mere simple, ordinary. In fact he might have no Fear and have won it. But how people will conceive and realize what that was when their whole life is controlled by fear and fear of the future.

He means that suffering comes from demands, so first step i would say is becoming aware of our constant demands , then gradually they will vanish and some day we might become like him, not demanding anything from anyone nor from life, and his is peace.
Life is simple but we made it complicated because we want to form all kind of community, country, or religious group in order to attack others for the security of survival. But no matter what we do, we all are going to die one day which include our future generations.

Its not that you don't care about life, relationships or making a living, Its the metal process he is talking about, When we expect and desire outcomes in our minds, its creates conflict and suffering. We can live creatively without attachment to a certain outcome.

He's talking about psychological conflicts. He has no problems because he has no psychological conflicts. Of course, as he himself said, he needs food, clothing and shelter, but he does not make these material needs a psychological problem. @@pushparahi5681 I observe my own mind. I do not direct my thoughts. It is not necessary because thoughts have their own "autonomous movement". I simply observe them, without trying to strengthen them, but also without trying to weaken them. Thoughts "have a life of their own". If you do this, you may notice that your suffering or craving for pleasure diminishes. This observation should be "integral", without assigning words and without analysis. This is more or less what I do.
