@@SirensOfSpartanburg I knew that, I just meant that they're both 9/12 single-rotor with a 3-port undertone and they don't get to full pitch with a sluggish windup. Sure, the screamer is directional, but it doesn't change the sound itself other than the sirens efficiency
I think it's the run cap, since the peak pitch is lower too. Nekoosa's Banshee has bad start caps (slooow wind up), yet reaches a normal peak pitch which means its run caps are good.
@@indymetrosirens5643 This one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vpO3T4I_YfA.htmlsi=r0uvo92Q3mu7SpRo It was a brand new install at the time.
It is. It was having a lot of damper issues in the early 2000s, and they ended up disconnecting the solenoids leaving the top one closed during maintenance.
@@SolidSableye The top one works. I flipped the flasher and it was clicking, the spring is broken or stretched. The bottom one is disconnected i think because its contact wasnt sparking.
