Fascinating to watch. Most restorers brush all the rusty crap away first or use fancy methods to dissolve the rust but I wondered why not sand blast it instead? 👍 Loved your skill, a very entertaining video.. thanks 😊 🇨🇦

I used one of these, but different brand, in the seventies, but heated on the wood stove. That was back in my hippie era. It was nice and heavy, and retained heat well
Nice old carriage fare lantern one the green light let the person waiting for the old fashioned cab of the day the red was to let other know he had his fare on board and when he drop them off he would switch back to green. They were use in the major cities.

If they think they cannot be used or repaired, they either sell them at very cheap prices or throw them away and leave them on the roadside. I buy them at very cheap prices, too. I haven't seen anyone else talk about it but I appreciate the information being in the subtitles rather than constantly popping up midvideo. Please tell me you rinsed everything with clean water when you were done scrubbing. You showed every other step, I'm hoping this one you just didn't film.
Sometimes I have focus problems with the camera. Even though I shot some scenes, we have to delete them when they don't look right. Of course, I rinse them with clean water. Don't worry.😍❤
What you do is incredible, I could never do such a thing you do, this been said, I think you could have done better with the yellow metal, since the canals doesn't look straight and the glass frames get stuck when sliding, I'm no connoisseur but I've watched your work.
