Growing up, my mother greased my scalp, and my hair was long and healthy. I grease my scalp now, and my hair is healthy. I tried not greasing my scalp, and my hair started was dull, dry, and started breaking.
I have horrible dandruff and I’ve saw the Sulfur8 products my dad has in his own shop I work with, he gave me the products for me to try and I’ll definitely try to use these more often, will update!!
Thank you!!! I have tried many times to try and even practice French braiding, but it always frustrates me too much. Ill be doing this now. Thank you for this tutorial!
Grease does help your hair. It helps hair growth. I had a problem with acne using hair grease tho. Weigh pro and cons to using. Each person issues are different. My husband uses blue magic and he doesn't get acne at all! Pay attention to any hair product you use. Bc u may have an allergy to it. Stuff you may be allergic to medical wise may be in your hair products. Read labels please. Be blessed 🙏
I have kinfolks that have pictures from the 1970s with long Jheri curls. She just patented and got rich off Black people products. How’s she invented something that was already invented?

I just tried apple cider rinse last night for the first time. I have long brown hair and also some grey as well. I washed as usual and then rinsed with 16oz of purified water and one TBSP of cider vinegar. I poured it over my washed hair and let it sit for about three minutes then rinsed thoroughly. After towel drying I sprayed the bottom half with a detangle product and combed out my hair. I always air dry my hair and when it dried it was much softer and felt wonderful. I will be using this once a week from now on. It really did work!
The carefree curl grew my hair so all that mumbo jumbo bs you talking ain’t sh*t to someone that knows just a lying ripoff just like that white woman that pretended she was Black you aren’t any better! Young folks no respect for your ancestors just a disgrace!
Girl shut up with your rip off ass I hope someone sues tf out of you I come from the Jheri curl era you are nothing but a racist bigot and you are a joke! I can’t believe people are this gullible to fall for your bs
I’m glad some people are not fooled by the Jheri curl it’s been around for long long time also white/middle eastern/Asian ppl been using perm rods while we were flatting/straighten perming our hair
Can I add a keratin smoothing treatment over my relaxed hair right after I complete my relaxer process? Second how long must I wait before relaxing the previously keratinized new growth? Is using olaplex to repair the broken disulfide bonds a good practice to do before applying the keratin smoothing treatment to newly relaxed hair? Thank you for sharing your expertise. 🎉 P.S. I will be using the keratin smoothing treatment by “ANSWR”.
I'm Arab mix 🇵🇸+🇱🇧, I liked his part of the native American culture..we cut hair in some religious rituals as a sign of sacrifice. We prefer long hair for women also
They banned it because black swimmers can benefit from it and possibly win Gold. 😂🙄 Its just modern day Jim Crow. They dont want anyone to close the gap.
Im sitting here thinking do other cultures make videos like African American women on hair growth. The products and hair care for women of African descent have made people a great deal of money. I think through prayer and just self love we realize hair is a blessing but it does not define our beauty. There are women and children who have trouble growing or keeping their hair. I wish I saw a change in how we see our beauty. I keep my hair hidden most of the time. I started empowering myself through faith, education, career, and being stable and as healthy financially and physically as I can. Thank you for the video. I'm just sharing this because we spend so much money pursuing hair. And as another viewer mentioned it is genetic, environmental and our diet. For example plenty of sunshine also affects hair growth. I lived in both extreme cold and extreme heat and I definitely had more shedding and dormant periods of growth in cold weather . I would not have recognized that if I stayed in that cold region. So when you look at hair growth don't run out and buy every hair care oil, shampoo, etc. consider your diet, environment, genetics, stress, exercise. There's more to you that is beautiful than your hair alone.
May i ask ? I wanted to do this process but am afraid to do it! My hairs are thin and i do relax my hair but i want to get that straight hairs . What is your opinion? If i have thin and fin hairs ? 😩 but i realy need this keratine
I moved from FL to North Dakota 15 months ago. My finger tips are cracked and dry. My hair is dry and doesn’t have much bounce. I am at my wits end! I use gloves to wash dishes, humidifier since the air is so dry and now I need a water filter FML
