Hey good to see you're still here after me taking forever to make another video! I was fishing between 10-35ft depending on the spots. I started out fishing a ledge with a max depth of 13ft then moved to some deeper holes with rocks in them.

Yeah I'll have to agree after a lot of years of trying them out, I pretty much switched over to the Abus and Piscifuns. I saw you had issues with those Chaos reels too. That's a shame I've only had one of my six have issues but the company at least worked with me to give me money off a new reel since it was over a year old and past the warranty. It's true that those Abus are beast that last forever, but I've actually been favoring the Chaos reels for the bigger spools and stronger drag. But I will say all 3 of my Abus are still working after over 6 years of hard use. Thanks for watching!

Hey thanks for checking out the video! Unfortunately that was my first time ever fishing the Sunbury area. I just went up for the tournament and winged it. When we fished it was pretty much just channel cats biting since it was earlier in the year. I know there's supposed to be tons of flatheads up there in the 15-20lb range. I've heard they stack up in the deeper holes so if you can find them that would be the place to look. Otherwise, look for structure along the bank if you're bank fishing or places where rapids flow in to a deeper pool. They love structure and hanging some where they can ambush their prey. Once the water gets to 50-55 degrees and colder they get a lot harder to catch. Good luck I hope you can find them!

Hey sorry it took so long to get back to you, I kinda took a little break from the RU-vid game but I'm getting back in to it again. I don't think you can fish from the bank under that bridge since it was owned by the energy company at 3 Mile Island. But maybe now it's not as enforced? Not sure though I've never tried. You can fish below the small dam there if you park at that pull off between the two bridges at the bottom of the hill. It's a bit of a walk along the railroad but can be worth it.

@@TheFlattyDaddies Yeah I managed to catch a 23 inch rainbow and 5 minutes later my son got his biggest trout 21 inches. Above the bridge where I saw you just past that big log jam . That was the second week of May .

I only add the clicker when I have a big fish on that is pulling a lot of drag, and that's just to let the people watching how much line the fish is taking. It gets annoying for me and I'm sure most people on RU-vid don't either so I usually turn it off part way through the battle. Thanks for checking out the video!

Hey man, just saw your comment, I like both tides really. Any kind of current is the ticket. I have the best luck when it's running the hardest and the worst luck when it's slack tide. If I had to pick one though, I think the outgoing tide has treated me better over the years. Thanks for watching!

​@TheFlattyDaddies I went a couple times in May, did ok, nothing crazy. Been hitting the river with the kayak a lot chasing smallies. Been putting the hammer on them! Going back and forth with myself about fishing the aldred tournament this weekend. Think the spawn is probably on pretty good by now. I hate that that tournament always hits during spawn! Hey thanks for watching, I'm glad you liked the video even though it didn't have any big fish. That beach spot was just up from Chapmen Point, which is below the Fort Washington area. I think it was surrounded by private property looking at Google maps. It's hard to find public land along the river, every thing is privately owned. I hope you do find a place though!

Hey man thanks for watching! That sucks about your reel! Did you try to return it, they were pretty good about the one I had that finally broke. I have had six and only had an issue with one but that was after 2 or 3 years of beating it up. Hopefully you have better luck with the 50, I picked one up for a lighter action rod and like it.
