I love my Catholic brothers and sisters ❤ But I believe Catholicism misses the mark on so many things not just the Eucharist. They way you pray the our father and Hail Mary like robots, the way you glorify priests skipping the importance of every believer being considered a saint ,an image bearer of God … the Bible clearly teaches that when you truly believe that Jesus is the Son of God, acknowledge you are a sinner in need of being saved and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord over all or that He is the Passover lamb and was raised in Glory and sits at the right hand of God , you receive the HOLY SPIRIT which is the marking of your salvation the marking of your true faith …. Those that were saved on Pentecost received the Holy Spirit not the holy Eucharist Jesus emphasized you must eat of my flesh and drink of my blood but as Catholics you don’t drink the blood of Christ do you? The priest does giving him what extra powers? You all crave that wafer as the source of some power but that’s not true worship , true worshipers is what Jesus says the Father wants are those who worship in SPIRIT having the Holy Spirit There is so much biblical evidence for this I want to understand my Catholic brothers but every time I listen to an explanation I see paganism and idolatry Jesus and Paul preached over and over the UNITY IN THE SPIRIT, the unity of the body of Christ we see all members .. Jesus said I will send you the helper he will never leave you once you have true faith in me Think about it 🙏🏼 Receiving the Holy Spirit not the Eucharist is much more important

Heresy! This person has been deceived and has trusted in his own wisdom and not of Gods; he eludes to it several times “in my discovery” only the Holy Spirit will reveal the truth in reading the scriptures. The catholic church is a false church teaching a false gospel and a false Christ. Paul warned of this to the Galatian church another gospel will be preached. Hold fast to the gospel of Christ! Paul said he did not receive the gospel from man but it was revealed to him by Christ himself! The Catholic Church teaches of the fathers of the church (these are not men who received the Word from God) and these false teaches are to be accursed! Do not pray to the dead, the justification for sins happened once for past present and future in the completed finished work of Jesus on the cross. God s wrath for sin was satisfied on His Son at the cross. Grace is not to be handed out piecemeal by a priest but is given entirely by believing placing full trust in Him who died and rose from the dead and lives and is to return. Grace is not portioned out but freely given to those who profess with their mouth and believe in their hearts thatJesus is Gods Son and repent and commit (turnover) their lives to Christ. It is not to earned by penances or indulgences to avoid time of purgatory (another example of a false doctrine of the Catholic religion). The passage this person used quoting Jesus saying eat my flesh and drink my blood is not in the literal as in Catholic fitting scripture to fit their religion; Jesus speaking in spiritual terms. We are to worship and live in spirit and in truth. A great many will be led away. Cling fast to Jesus and the gospel preached as His disciples received and preached it and do not waver. The Catholic Church is the largest apostate church of our time.

I promise you, sibling in Christ, it is unbelief of the New Testament (the only time the word 'testament' is used in the NT is at the Last Supper is Jesus when referring to His Blood. That's what New Testament originally meant - the Eucharist.) that is heretical.

You are really saying that early Christians who are saints, who received the Gospel, taught it to others and evangelized the world, who are a huge reason why we even have the opportunity to know the faith at all, and who died courageously for their faith as martyrs refusing to submit to any paganism... that these holy Christ-followers are not to be listened to, and even accursed? That is insane. St. Ignatius of Antioch and St. Polycarp were taught by the Apostle John. They literally learned the faith from the great John the Evangelist and Visionary. Here is what he, St. Ignatius of Antioch, said and taught about the Eucharist: “I have no taste for corruptible food nor for the pleasures of this life. I desire the bread of God, which is the flesh of Jesus Christ, who was of the seed of David; and for drink I desire his blood, which is love incorruptible” (Letter to the Romans 7:3 [A.D. 110]). “Take note of those who hold heterodox opinions on the grace of Jesus Christ which has come to us, and see how contrary their opinions are to the mind of God. . . . They abstain from the Eucharist and from prayer because they do not confess that the Eucharist is the flesh of our Savior Jesus Christ, flesh which suffered for our sins and which that Father, in his goodness, raised up again. They who deny the gift of God are perishing in their disputes” (Letter to the Smyrnaeans 6:2-7:1 [A.D. 110]). You can find early Christians, who were holy, and who were saints, even often martyrs, teaching the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist. The Didache, a writing that some early Christians believed ought to be a part of the biblical canon, and is from the 1st century, points to a number of the Sacraments. Here is a quote: "And on the Lord’s day, gather together and break bread and give thanks, first confessing your sins so that your sacrifice might be pure. This is clearly an illusion to the prophecy of Malachi (Mal 1:11). ‭‭Malachi 1:11 ESV‬‬ [11] For from the rising of the sun to its setting my name will be great among the nations, and in every place incense will be offered to my name, and a pure offering. For my name will be great among the nations, says the Lord of hosts." Many early Christians saw this verse as a prophecy of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. God Himself declared it. It has to be fulfilled. Where is it fulfilled in Protestant congregations? It isn't. Because Protestants forgot that worship always involved sacrifice. St. Paul takes Holy Communion very seriously. He teaches that because we all eat of the one bread, we are one body. How would a mere symbol make us one body? Would Paul not have been more clear, and more accurate, to say something like "because we believe the same gospel, we are one body," or "because we believe the same one doctrine, we are one body." ? Yes, that is what we would expect if he weren't teaching the Catholic understanding of the Eucharist. Paul writes that to partake of Holy Communion unworthily, without examining oneself, is to profane the body and blood of the Lord. How does that make sense in a symbolic memorial interpretation? It is just a symbol. Where is the body and blood to profane? Paul says that it is because some are partaking unworthily, they are getting sick. Some have even died! HOW, oh please tell us HOW, a symbol would cause people to get sick and die? No. Paul is teaching that the bread and wine become Christ's Body and Blood, just like Jesus did in John 6 and at the Last Supper. The way Paul writes concerning the Eucharist completely backs up the Catholic interpretation, and makes the Protestant ones unworkable. Seriously. He speaks of altars, and sacrifices. Comparing it to the sacrifices in Israel, and even of pagans. Not that our Christian worship is pagan, but in the fact that pagans would partake of and commune with the demons they sacrificed to, and we partake of and commune with who we sacrifice to, the Lord. Read it. See. [ 1 Cor 10 & 11 ] You can't convince yourself that a Protestant Lord's Supper fits in to Scripture better than the Catholic Mass. It can't be done.

Here is some exploration of Purgatory in the Bible - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6L5cJX5-eKI.htmlsi=E280JKr_88R76fSW You can even see Jesus apparently point to Purgatory in Luke 12. ‭‭Luke 12:42-48 ESV‬‬ [42] And the Lord said, “Who then is the faithful and wise manager, whom his master will set over his household, to give them their portion of food at the proper time? [43] Blessed is that servant whom his master will find so doing when he comes. [44] Truly, I say to you, he will set him over all his possessions. [45] But if that servant says to himself, ‘My master is delayed in coming,’ and begins to beat the male and female servants, and to eat and drink and get drunk, [46] the master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he does not know, and will cut him in pieces and put him with the unfaithful. [47] And that servant who knew his master’s will but did not get ready or act according to his will, will receive a severe beating. [48] But the one who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, will receive a light beating. Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more." The first servant followed the master's will, and is given his reward - this is clearly Jesus referring to Heaven. The second servant is disobedient and does evil, and Jesus says that he will be "cut in pieces" and placed with the unfaithful - this is clearly a reference to Hell. But, there are two more types of servants that He speaks about. Why would there need to be more than the two, to teach on Heaven and Hell? Obviously, there will not be light OR severe beatings for us in Heaven. And yet, the third servant who knew his master's will but did not practice proper obedience, will be given a "severe beating." The fourth servant who failed to practice full obedience, but did not know his master's will, will receive a "light beating." This is referring to the way in which personal culpability factors into how God judges us. It would seem that Jesus is referencing Purgatory and the different levels of punishment for those who must be purified after death. How else could His words be interpreted? Again, if Heaven and Hell is all that there is in the afterlife, it makes no sense for there to be more than two servants in this parable. They are wholly unnecessary and inexplicable without an understanding of Purgatory. Finally. Here is the thing. Revelation states that nothing unclean, or impure, at all, will enter Heaven. There will be no sin, no attachment to sin, no desire for sin whatsoever by anyone in Heaven. However, some Christians will die before being totally purified. Some will have an attachment to sin, or small sins that they have not fully recognized and repented from, at the time of their death. As they stand at that point, they CANNOT enter Heaven. The Lord is as we know infinitely merciful. But His justice is total. Something HAS to be done for these souls. All Purgatory is.. is the recognition that God is so all-holy and glorious, that only souls fully perfected in and through Christ may stand before Him in His full glory and enjoy the Beatific Vision. And that some believers will not be fully perfected, fully purified, when they die. So God gives them purgation. It's beautiful, simple, logical, and does not subtract from Jesus and His work of redemption at all. Hopefully this comment will stay up, with a link. Peace and may God bless and guide and protect you and your loved ones.

I appreciate your response and time. You believe in a false narrative and false church. The Roman system is not the gospel of Christ; it is work based, piecemeal justification given through a priest that somehow thinks he reaches into heaven to bring Christ down to the alter and offers His blood and body to an alter to be given out again and again and again and again is an idolatry and blasphemous act. Justification for sins happened in one act alone. The priesthood was done away with after Christs work on the cross. Jews no longer even practice the priesthood system anymore; God did away with it bc Christ death and resurrection was the final propitiation for sin. The Roman system is Jesus plus sacramental ceremony which is wrong and not Christ alone. Roman system prays to dead saints and dead Mary who was a sinner and needed her Savior. Roman system argues that Peter was the first pope twisting the scriptures when actually Peter was given responsibility to minister to the Jews not the gentiles (Romans); that was Paul s ministry he lays that out very clearly in the epistles. The Roman church is a complete abomination to the gospel and Christ s church. As in Matthew Jesus says for the road to destruction is broad and many are on it but take the narrow road for it is difficult and hard to find few find it. The Catholic system has billions of people deceived. The broad road is not so obvious it doesn’t scream Hell this Way it actually says Heaven this Way. Read the scripture. Jesus says we come to salvation by the hearing of the Word, and repentance. Once that truly happens we are given His Spirit and we re to walk in the truth (obedience); none of that comes through sacramental ceremonies nor the requirement of such things; forgiveness of sin isn’t product of what a priests tells you do after a confession, there is no purgatory time being calculated and subtracted this is all a works based system false wrong and the great deception! Hear, repent, believe, and follow.

@@GumbyJumpOff brother the passage in Luke your misunderstanding. One pleased the master the others did not and were punished. Your looking into Jesus s parable with a mind of flesh (understanding) not with the Spirit. No where does an idea of purgatory come out of this passage. Jesus is describing several examples of disobedience to the one that was faithful. Don’t add or subtract from scripture pray to understand and receive what is there.

Here is the Gospel (or, Good News): God says that we are sinners and that no amount of good works or behavioral changes on our part could ever make us holy enough to enter into Heaven. God sent His only begotten Son to be crucified on the cross to pay for our sins. Jesus paid a debt that He did not owe, because we owed a debt of sin that we could not pay. 2nd Corinthians 5:21, “For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Jesus paid for our sins by dying on the cross for us all. His dead body was buried in a grave. On the third day, Jesus raised up bodily from the dead. The instant you believe this, God knows it and He saves you. John 6:47, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.” The free gift (Romans 5:15) is based solely upon your trust in what Jesus did for you, and has absolutely nothing to do with what you do for Him. Ephesians 2:8-9, “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” It is that simple my friend to be saved.

Mary, no longer a virgin is not revealed through scripture as "our mother but through a twisting of words". There was nothing illegal about Christ giving Mary to John as John was a believer and Christ's brothers and sister were not. Notice he states it was illegal but provides no law that was broken other than to say it broke the law. You also seem to forget in Matthew 1, The bible tells us Joseph waited until after Christ was born to have relations with Mary, she did not remain a virgin. Satan survives on the fact that Mary remained a virgin, without this lie the whole catholic teaching falls apart. You said Jesus didn't name John when in fact Christ did. John 19:26-27 “When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, ‘Woman, here is your son,’ and to the disciple, ‘Here is your mother.’ From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.” The bible tells us that John is the only one that Christ said it was the disciple He loved. Not that he hated the rest, but only John is mentioned in this context John 13:23 "One of them, the disciple whom Jesus loved, was reclining next to him." I notice a lot of similarities between the Catholic church and the Jewish leaders of His time in Matthew 15:9 In vain they do worship Me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men.’ Luke 16:14 The Pharisees, who were lovers of money, heard all these things and derided Him. 15 He said to them, “You are those who justify yourselves before men, but God knows your hearts. For that which is highly esteemed before men is an abomination before God.

My friend I hope soon God reveals the truth to you. Mary was given to John for one reason, Christ's siblings did not believe in Him until after His resurrection. I Don't know if you mention it here because I have heard enough from Satan that I don't need to listen to you, but the catholic church once believed that they were his stepbrothers and sisters as Joseph was married before Mary. I guess that didn't go over well so they changed their strategy.

Jesus says you must eat His Body and drink His Blood or you have no life in you. But, no other christian denomination even claims to be providing His Body and Blood fully except the Catholic Church (there are some claiming something similar, but not the real deal from the very beginning of the Church). So, I'm not sure how you think you can achieve what Jesus says you must do if you are not receiving His Real Presence in the Eucharist. Clearly, those that heard Him first hand understood He wasn't talking about a symbol or spiritual "eating". Because they balked at it and left Him because it was too hard a teaching. Jesus didnt back down from what He said either. Christian denominations disconnected them from the holy lineage of the priesthood, established by Jesus Himself (Mtt16) whose ordination sacramentally enables the consecration: changing of the bread and wine into the substance of Jesus. When Luther left the Church, the communion by protestants and christians could only ever be symbolic. And, they dont even think any sort of liturgical sacrifice is necessary any more anyway (which is not true). So, no. There is absolutely a significant difference between doing what Jesus emphatically and repeatedly said was necessary for life and resurrection and not doing it for whatever reasons.

But they were blinded in their understanding because until this day, when the ancient Covenant is read, the same veil rests upon them; NOR IS IT MANIFEST (to them), that it (condemnation) is ABOLISHED by the Mashiyach. 15. And to this day, when Moshe is read, a veil is thrown upon their hearts. 16. But when any of them is turned to master YHWH, is the veil taken from him. 17. Now Master YHWH Himself is the Spirit. And where the Spirit of Master YHWH is, there is freedom. 18. And we all, with uncovered faces, behold as in a mirror the glory of Master YHWH ; and are transformed into the same likeness, from glory to glory, as by Master YHWH the SPIRIT! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5UG1BewWd74.html Scripture reference regarding the Ark hiding! 2 Maccabees 2 I did meet with the archeologist Vendyl Jones in 1983. His person was modeled in the Harrison Ford character. (endy) He at that time believed he had found Zadok's tomb. He was given use of the copper scroll, which was a textual map and located many hidden temple treasures. According to Vendyl the Israelis wouldn't let him go after the Ark as he believed it's location was at Golgotha, Ron Wyatt confirmed his belief.
