The Catholic Church is the only church attacked by 40,000 man-made contradicting sects who in themselves are attacking each others faith. Their founders and pastors all proclaimed to be guided by the Holy Spirit when they read the bible, and interpret it based on their personal understanding and claimed that they are the true Church, yet history proves otherwise. .. They are using the same Bible, yet the have different interpretations; they even attacking each others doctrines. Historically, the bible was collected, selected, compiled and canonized by the Catholic Church on 4th century, that is about 1,200 years before protestant existed. HOW MANY HOLY SPIRIT GUIDING THESE PROTESTANTS? 40,000? IF PROTESTANTISM IS TRUE, there should be ONE UNITED PROTESTANT CHURCH for Christ founded only 1 Church (Mat.16:18), not 40,000 conflicting denominations. . You have a vivid imagination regarding the perfect church. We have all fallen short of the glory of God,no exceptions. Your church boasts like the Pharisees,we have Moses and the prophets Abraham is our father. They all going back to traditions that they found inviolable. What if I could PROVE that the BIBLE plainly teaches that Mary is the "Ark of the New Covenant"? This is easily proven by studying typology.. Old Testament and the New. Here is something that you may have never heard about from your pastor. But can be easily found in the Catechism of the Catholic Church: "Mary, in whom the Lord himself has just made his dwelling, is the daughter of Zion in person, the ark of the covenant, the place where the glory of the Lord dwells." (CCC 2676) This can also be easily found in the early Church teachings : St. Ambrose (c. 339-397, teacher of St. Augustine) “The prophet David danced before the Ark” Now what else should we say the Ark was but holy Mary? The Ark bore within it the tables of the Testament, but Mary bore the Heir of the same Testament itself. The former contained in it the Law, the latter the Gospel. The one had the voice of God, the other His Word. The Ark, indeed, was radiant within and without with the glitter of gold, but holy Mary shone within and without with the splendor of virginity. The one was adorned with earthly gold, the other with heavenly” (Serm. xlii. 6, Int. Opp., S. Ambrosii) (Blessed Virgin, p. 77). But now where is it in the BIBLE, you may ask? Well, if you are assuming that St. Ambrose is relying on 'traditions of men' here and was confused, you should also recall that the canon of the New Testament was just being settled by the time of his death, so if the tradition was corrupted about Mary, how could that same corrupt stream of tradition have gotten the New Testament canon perfectly nailed down to 27 books which you now trust wholeheartedly? But, of course, St. Ambrose was not following a corrupt tradition at all. It's all there in Luke chapter 1, starting at verse 35 !!! The Old Covenant was in stone, but the New Covenant had a heart of flesh. The Ark of this New Covenant of flesh was Mary. 26 A new heart I will give you, and a new spirit I will put within you; and I will take out of your flesh the heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. (Ezekiel 36:26). Now, do you think St. Luke was aware of what he was writing??? Are these parallels all random coincidences while the rest of the New Testament is packed with intentional allusions to the Old Testament? To me… This is a perfect example of the value of Sacred Tradition upholding revealed Truth. Do you think St. Ambrose (and all the other Church Fathers) found this alone by noticing all these parallels? He may not have discovered it by himself through private Scripture study, just as many Protestant pastors have not discovered this through their private Scripture studies. He was taught, just as his teachers were taught, all the way back to the apostles. Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition are woven together through the early Church and through to the present day!!

The salvation plan started with 3 earthly participants and God, completed on the cross of Calvary by Jesus. In between for thousands of years God made use of various participants in this process. Jesus could not get on to the cross and nailed himself without the Roman soldiers and the last participant was the soldier who pierced the heart of Jesus. Why do we waste time effort and money in discussing about participants without inhering the fruit of salvation and redemption given freely by God through His son Jesus Christ. Apostle Paul says in Phili. 3-13/14 and Hebr. 12-1 to forget the past and look forward and run. Unfortunately we prefer old wine as stated by Jesus. What are those soldiers names or the one who nailed him to the cross? Mary is our Mother not because of some verse in Scripture. She is our Mother because she was made to be the vessel in which Christ was to enter earth. I don't need Scripture to tell me what a mother is for. To bring it further what should the Mother of God incarnate be to the people God made for his own? Well she should bring people to Christ. I only believe Christ is my savior because his loving Mother pushed my sorry butt to the foot of the cross. Does Mary matter? Yes she does. No, Joseph was Not 80 years old! That is an old theory! Joseph was a young man who was engaged to a young women named Mary. Luke 2:6-7 Joseph wanted to have children. But when he found out Mary was pregnant (by another man) he wanted to divorce her! Mathew 1:18-19 It took an angel from God to convince him to stay with her and marry her! Mathew 1:20-21 Mary gave birth to Jesus, her first born son. Mathew 1:24-25 Thereafter, Joseph and Mary had 4 more sons and 2 daughters! Their names are written in the Bible! +josephsiler1946 I am guessing that your bible only has 66 books and that when Jesus is talking about eating his body he is being not being literal. Based on the verses you stated alone your conclusion may or may not be right, you are interpreting a 1,700 year old text trying to say exactly what was meant (without context) and it would be impossible to tell whether they were cousins, close friends or actual brothers, so we would not be able to say. The thing is that we have more then just these verses, we have a church that Jesus created, we have other verses in the bible and we have writings from the Early Church Fathers who were students of the apostles and wise holy men throughout history that say a lot more about all of this. Look at some writings on this topic from Irenaeus, Justin Martyr, Epiphanius of Salamis, Tertullian, Augustine (some very early fathers in case you think they were lost over time)....you know even Martin Luther talked about her: "No woman is like you. You are more than Eve or Sarah, blessed above all nobility, wisdom, and sanctity. (Martin Luther Sermon - Feast of the Visitation, 1537). The thing that really got me since we honestly do not know whether he meant brother or close friend was when Jesus was on the Cross in John 19: " 25 Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. 26 When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, “Woman, here is your son,” 27 and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home." How and why could Jesus give away his Mother if he had other siblings who Mary would still have been a mother? The other objection is then you have Dan Browns heritage of Jesus' Blood theory...which has very little historical evidence. If Jesus was God -> Then Mary is the Mother of God.
+Nicholas Lorenzo You are guessing CORRECTLY that the Bible ONLY has 66 books! Those other 6 books cannot be divine writings because of the numerous errors it contains. And when you said that Jesus was not speaking literally about eating His body you guessed CORRECTLY again!! Jesus set the table from the get go. He never assigned Mary as the "Mother of God" or "Mother of all Christians." He never taught any adoration, veneration or worship of Mary. Jesus had very little to say about Mary. The New Testament writers as well . IN FACT, the entire Bible has VERY little to say about Mary.

The Catholic canon was created with 73 books during the Synod of Hippo in 393 and verified in later councils. For almost 1200 years this was the true and accepted until a single fallible man Martin Luther decided to go against all of these councils and remove 7 books. He created a new canon the Luther Canon and also created teachings like sole scriptura. I might add he changed verses in the new testament in Romans and wanted to remove Hebrews, James, Jude and revelation. And the Dead Sea scrolls (which I have another video on) also verified that the 7 books that were removed were in fact authentic. The Catholic Church existed before the bible and actually created it and sadly now you are trying to discern it without any context, history, tradition or truth. You have not addressed any of my concerns raised in the above comment and before we can even talk about Mary we would have to talk about which canon of the bible truly is infallible.
Nicholas Lorenzo , I have noticed that the Catholic Church has changed the Scriptures to follow their own doctrine! One example I will choose: John 3:13-18; Catholics say : God loved this world that He gave His only Son! That whoever believes in Him might have ( maybe have ) Eternal life ! Protestants say in their Bible that: God loved this world so much that He sent His only Son! That whoever believes in Him WILL HAVE Eternal life! ! ! There are no maybes or mightbes in the Gospel of John! Eternal life is a Definite Happening in the New Testament! Absent from the body is present with the Lord! If you die in Christ you wake up in the arms of Jesus! Your Last day on Earth will be your first day in Heaven! How many Christians who are living today are going to go to Heaven? All of Them! How many Christians who have died since Jesus death and resurrection 2000 years ago are In Heaven? All of them! That is Millions of People! That includes All Catholics and All Protestants from All Denominations ! ! ! That is what the New Testament teaches! And that is what Jesus Taught! ! !
Mary, no longer a virgin is not revealed through scripture as "our mother but through a twisting of words". There was nothing illegal about Christ giving Mary to John as John was a believer and Christ's brothers and sister were not. Notice he states it was illegal but provides no law that was broken other than to say it broke the law. You also seem to forget in Matthew 1, The bible tells us Joseph waited until after Christ was born to have relations with Mary, she did not remain a virgin. Satan survives on the fact that Mary remained a virgin, without this lie the whole catholic teaching falls apart. You said Jesus didn't name John when in fact Christ did. John 19:26-27 “When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, ‘Woman, here is your son,’ and to the disciple, ‘Here is your mother.’ From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.” The bible tells us that John is the only one that Christ said it was the disciple He loved. Not that he hated the rest, but only John is mentioned in this context John 13:23 "One of them, the disciple whom Jesus loved, was reclining next to him." Those men were not sons of Mary Jesus' mother. Parallel Gospel accounts in Scripture say they are sons of other men than Joseph. Besides, John was likewise a follower of Christ. Your logic is illogical, therefore you are wrong.
I am not sure His siblings were at the crucifixion but they did not believe in Christ until after the resurrection. He gave His mother to John because John was a believer.
@@AmericanBerean You will notice that when they try to pass His siblings as someone elses sons they only name two of the 4 sons. Those other people mention just happen to have two children named the same as they were common names. There are many verses speaking of His siblings.

Allen ...in the old testament there is a virgin crying for the husband of her youth ....the prophets Joel and Obadiah both explain to Israel that " this bride of sorrows " is the model of worship and a promise of marriage between God and man ... when we grow up theologically , we understand to say that Mary is not a virgin is the same as saying mankind is Not eligible to marry the Christ .
