As a fellow Moonguard player, great video! Although I do think its worth mentioning the dark side of Moonguard such as drama between guilds destroying whole councils and the frankly insane levels of political correctness literally enforced by a large chunk of the dedicated playerbase. For example, I had to leave 2 guilds because I dared to not go to gay pride and LGBTQ+ events and was treated like a bigot for saying it didnt interest me. Other friends have had whole guilds disbanded all because a single person in the guild says or does something dumb, only for the entire guild to be threatened by all the top guilds (which tend to act as a conglomerate) that if anyone doesnt immediately leave the guild that "problematic" person is in, they will be treated as guilty by association.
Here's the thing. When it comes to characters and their development, blizzard has always been very hit or miss with world of warcraft. Much of warcraft's lore rode off the back of popular characters that came before in previous games, and rode that popularity height for a decade. When it comes to new characters, the mmo genre seems to be very lacking in methods of developing new characters. They need books and short stories outside the game to give them any weight, and a lot of the time people don't read those books and short stories. Newer characters unless their a central focus like Anduin or Wrathion don't stand a chance as being recognised for having any worth. Can you tell me much about Rokhan the current troll leader? What about Tes Greymane, new leader of the worgen? Has anyone mention Zekhan, Saurfangs apprentice after Varoks death? Does anyone really care much about Thralls son? They make these characters but do nothing with them, leaving them to just stand about until blizzard remembers they exist and gives them a side quest.
Roleplay is the only reason I still play, this game has a community of roleplayers like no other has. Its always so beatifull to run into other roleplayers on the road or have a stroll in SW and hang out with people. Its a feeling no game ever came close to giving the sensation for me
3:56-Yeah, a lot of people state that the Horde is bad, but the Alliance isn’t any better given all of the horrible things they’ve done. I guess Lothamar Theron is right, the Horde only exists because of how racist and discriminatory the Alliance is.
Should have titled this video: "3 Blizz Stooges think you should give Blizzard your money and play World of Wokecraft". That way it would have been atleast honest.
There are a lot of Different kinds of Dwarves, Trolls, Tauren, Humans, Draenei and Orcs. So the Elves aren’t the only ones with a ridiculous amount of sub races.
I don't do dungeons or raids, don't pvp, will never have money to buy expansions, and can never seem to get enough gold to maintain sub with tokens. So no, I probably shouldn't.
what pulls me to horde Like..i love Worgen. its hard for me to play any other race. and i wish i could be a worgen with the horde cause to me, the Horde is the group that does, rather than talks. IF the Alliance Debates, talks, and negotiates like a democracy (of monarchs) then Horde is the authoritarian, dictator, or warlord who rather than spend years talking and doing nothing, says lets just DO IT. it causes alot of problems sure, but they actually DO rather than say. the saying "Words are Wind" means alot to me. People will say anything, cause words hold no weight. but to actually DO something, you can't rely on the wind, you need to actually shape the earth. and Ironically, until the reclamation of Gilneas. thats kinda what the Worgen WANTED. stop talking, and DO IT. RECLAIM GILNEAS but....they failed that.....and made it "lets be friends and family. work together. talk." i just...miss the days when the Horde brought the War to World of Warcraft. the Horde neutered....makes it feel like we've lost the War in World of Warcraft.
I miss playing on a rp server but due to some drama and backstabing I just left for my own sanity and I still talk to some of my friends there and sometimes joine them for casual talk or walk with them in stormwind. Going back just reminds me of how much I love seeing the community make the city alive and I smile and am glad this game still has a pulse;
They have scenarios, they could have made the reclaiming be a queable experience, that had horde players appear as alliance. So players get to experience the content, without maintaining an alt on the other faction.
Can't relate to 80% of the video, i only do arenas, PvP is WAY MORE exciting then PvE. I know it's not a popular opinion, but it's the truth for me. I've been playing since Lich King and doing only PvP since then. Killing other ppl characters is what thrills me
Not completed of course but I have 41k achievement points 1009 mounts 892 toys and over 2000 pets amongst all the other stuff like transmog. I’ll get there one day to completion. Like the video voted for you hope you win!!!
"Wide array of content" that everyone has out-leveled and more than 80% of it is completely irrelevant in the end game. I hate being that girl, especially since I grew up with WoW, but it's so boring now, even the role play is boring and same-y Edit: not to mention the HORRID WRETCHED community who has made this game unsalvageably endgame focused and oriented and has also made the game unfun in that respect. It's hard to get into endgame at ALL with those kinds of people EVERYWHERE.
Wonderful vid Sixs, I always enjoy seeing when several creators come together to make something. This was special and I think each of your guests did an amazing job talking about raids, dungeons, and their love for the game. Can't wait to see your next vid, and I hope your guests will get to make special appearances in future vids. Keep up the amazing work, we will be here waiting for each new work.
I really miss Moonguard RP. That server was my home for a lot of years. But I had to put the game down after Cata due too financial reasons and I haven't been able to come back. I've tried to fine a substitute on certain private servers but it never really felt the same. And now for me to buy all the expansions and the monthly subscription...it would be too much for me to catch up at the moment. But that being said, the people who play on MG are by far some of the greatest people you will ever meet on a game. If you haven't tried it yet I would highly urge you to do so.
I don't know what to say...but. This video puts a smile on my face. I can't help but feel like it's a blessing to my soul to see something about WoW that doesn't imply that everything has to change or that every change is a bad one. This is simply a love letter from players who love playing WoW. And...I like that! Nice video and really good quality too :D
