Florencio playing Zerg is the most savage thing I seen. I saw him play zerg first time in twitch and dude....I saw this play and thought...this game is more chaotic to watch and love it.
Winter words explained it clearly in one of his streams a long time ago, "the difference in skill level between you viewers and me is the same as between me and Serral" something among those lines and he said so jokingly, but he wanted to express that even with thousands of hours of practice that would take us to achieve winter skill level, even after that it would take you being a prodigy to reach serral skill level.
Maphack is pretty matchup dependent. It's amazingly useful in PvT where you can punish things out of position with blink. Harstem completely destroyed Clem with maphack. In PvZ, you have to be smarter to figure out where you can get your advantages and as you pointed out, Harstem's style was not it :P
If you haven't seen already, Harstem's got another video doing this with Clem! Would highly recommend checking that one out since it uses a better mod that lets you see invisible units.
00:30 - yeah, I guess you need quite some experience with maphacking to get the full benefit from it. And obviously there is a huge difference if the opponent knows you are hacking or if the opponent doesn't know. I enjoyed the video a month ago and I am looking forward to your take :)

@@ZerglingLover yes, he did, but I would argue that it's in parts due to specific training. Time will tell if Clem can really make a name for himself in being consistently as good as Serral.

I used to root for the 'other guy' in these situations back in wings of liberty. Now, Zerg has so many answers to everything protoss has, that I've flipped 180 and root for the cannon rusher every time.
I'd love an update to PiGs bronze to gm series. It seems all of them are from very old patches which makes them mostly irrelevant in 2024. Or perhaps just an update to show what has changed since this content?
