Hi Jon. I hope you and wifey are doing well. My wife and I are retired pinoys from the US who have watched your Switzerland videos and learned a lot from your tips. We're so motivated that we decided to visit Switzerland for 2 weeks this coming August on our own. I have 1 Q: that Spiez to Kandersteg train route, per SBB app, how do you "Stop on request" inside the train to get off at Mulenen station?
Yes sir, there is a direct train departing from Spiez and arriving at Muelenen. No need to worry po as the train automatically stop at this station. (Most ticket inspectors speak English po) Services depart every 30 minutes, and operate every day. The journey takes approximately 5 min from Speiz. Thank you so much for watching! Enjoy your vacation
Maraming salamat! Will be buying Berner Oberland Pass para no worries. We’ve done guided tours over the years but Switzerland is one beautiful country to explore and want to take our time. I think you’ve mentioned in one of your videos na no need to get in line to get tickets dahil the pass itself serves as the ticket. Salamat uli.
@@e8usnret99 ,once you buy the BO pass online you’ll receive your printable QR code or simply save it on your phone (we did both) which you can use as your ticket, make sure you have it always as the inspector often checks on both trains and buses regularly. For attractions naman po may line para sa entrance with tickets already like BO pass and sometimes there’s a booth or counter na you just have to present it and you’re good to go.
@whereisjon Great info! Really appreciate mga tips mo. Medyo intimidated ako kasi this will be our very first to do entirely on our own. Tapos na airline reservation at ng hotels sa Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen then on our way back home sa Bern and Zurich. Day 1 will be Zurich to Lucerne-Interlaken..Btw, sikisty eyt na kami pero ok pa tuhod. 😎
@@e8usnret99 we’ll revisit the place next month po (same route, zurich-luzern-interlaken). Thanks, I’m glad my post was helpful! Ingat po kayo.. Enjoy your trip!
very nice video, amazing views. Also in the bus a "Todo bien?" was heard. I think someone from Argentina was in the bus... jajaja. Greetings from Rio Cuarto, Cordoba, Argentina.

Pretty lonely place, lovely architecture. Not a lot happening but peaceful. Remind of rural Pennsylvania. What does everyone do for fun there I wonder.
Hello, all your videos are very lovely. Nowadays I am watching your Swiss travel videos. I also want to explore few places in coming June. Can you please some information? Is Bernese oberland pass worth it?I am planning to travel from lauterbrunnen to kleine sheidegg then from there to Grindelwald ,then Grindelwald first cliff .Will this pass cover all and also our train ride from zurich to interlaken then from Interlaken to lucern and back to zurich .will it all be covered?
Thanks Bro for watching some of my videos.. For us, Berner Oberland Pass is definitely well worth the cost for unlimited travel! We loved the oconvenience! However, we enter Zurich to Interlaken via Lucerne on a separate ticket, you’ll just need a ticket from Zurich to Lucerne and then rest of the trip is covered by Berner Oberland Pass Hope you’ll have a wonderful days staying in Alps region
Hi Sir John. I cannot send you a message on Instagram. It says, "This account can't receive your message because they don't allow new message requests from everyone." Thank you!
