Howdy, y’all! I'm Staci. I've spent the past 10 years traveling solo on a motorcycle. You'll typically find me looking for unique food destinations en route to ride some of the best roads in North America (especially scenic byways!). I love motorcycle camping and enjoy learning about history and regional cultures along the way.
Check out the Blog for detailed travel guides, gear reviews, road trip tips and resources!
It's been a few years since a moto camping trip but after watching this video I'm sold. I'm going to start mapping this one out for a spring trip in 2025.
Thanks for this video and your wonderful website. I’m headed out a motorcycle trip from Milwaukee to Colorado next week and you been tremendously helpful in assisting me in planning out all my rides.
I appreciate your sacrifice of camping in crappy weather to showcase some cool gear. Between the heat and humidity, summer is easily my least favorite season. I didn't know you had a fancy website; I look forward to checking it out.
I’m new to your site. I started watching last night and I’m very impressed. I really enjoy watching your journey. Thank you for showing us all your cookware. Until your next video take care and be safe
Love this video thx for the suggestion this is near me ! If you get a chance ride up to starved rock state Park in olgesby Illinois there's a Harley bike post and pub with music right before you get there 😊 😎
Great video & review of all your camping gear. Looking forward to trying out some of your recipes, I may tweak them a little bit because I like to do that with new recipes. Had to rewind the video a bit because the birds in the background distracted me 😂 And Yes, you can’t always find a quiet spot unless you go deep into the bush, then the bugs will get you 😮 Thanks Staci, have a fun & safe Trail Blazing ride with the ladies!🤙
Happy to see you exploring the midwest! I'm rebuilding my camping gear after a divorce. (Womp, womp.) So, this is very timely! Now I can get exactly what I want to use on my motorcycle camping trips!
Great trip, great review; I love my StS stuff. I actually just ordered the StS Ether Light XT Insulated pad a couple days ago. Cool park, too! Thanks Staci!
Had to watch this a second time. I was back here again a few weeks ago, mid-June, to ride parts of Skyline and the BRP again. Another night camping at Big Meadows but it was crowded, hot, humid, and disgusting LOL - I’ll take your 35 degrees anytime. Ate at the Lodge again and had the meatloaf dinner - it was good! - but still need to go back for that pie. Then down to the BRP, 226A, through Little Switzerland and Linn Cove. Going back in a few weeks to ride Tellico plains, Cherohala, 129 etc. Love having this essentially in my back yard. I need to up my gear with some Sea to Summit stuff. Are you still using/happy with that tent?
Thank you so much for keeping it real! I'm really liking that 8 inch cooking pack and I really like that cooler bag that you held ice in... about how long will it keep things cold? Thank you! I love watching your real adventures so much!
