Bonne continuation.
Very nice, I've always enjoyed playing that too. A performance with a lot of feeling for the musical phrases, which sets your interpretation apart from others and that's a very good thing, because it gives the work a soul instead of being a machine. I even always played the chords at the end as arpeggios similar to the first prelude in G. Only unofficially of course 😉 Also, great recording technique. Thank you so much for sharing! 👏
Excellent beautiful music legendary anybody watching Tintin in 2024 I never skip this music when watching Tintin cartoons I'm watching Tintin on utube this very moment
you remind a little o how milstein played violen, with warmth, singing, and playing the music not his ego...you know heifetz told all his students to listen to milstein, not heifetz....this is really wonderful, really you are singing more than playing....
my! i just listened to 3 other professional cellists of repute, and for me, this is the best....i love the warmth, sensuous tone , but especially the slower pace, and that the pianist plays with such great reserve, no banging at the beginning. Bravo!!
