I absolutely love this hobby and my trucks. I truly enjoy sharing my bashing and drifting experiences and innovative ideas with all who share the same passion.

Nah sorry bro so specials as they are a custom tyre and I barely make enough profit on them to cover all costs. This is AU$ don’t forget so not sure what country you’re in, just do the conversion. After 3 yrs of sales and over 3000 tyres sold world wide they are definitely worth it, coming from my customers.

Hummm going to cost me over 150.00 for wheels and tires. But no one has done an actual speed run with these tires. Why is any one afraid to do a speed run with these tires??????
Hey man thanks for the comment. These aren’t meant for and I’ve never once mentioned that they are recommended for speed runs. I don’t speed run my trucks they are only designed for drifting. I have come up with a softer compound/design for speed runs and M2C Racing is testing them now. I have had a customer take them to 112mph with no problem. I’ve been told many times that they are worth every dollar spent. Cheers bro 👍🏼

I used the longer Arrma body mounts and cut them down. I slid them down into the original Tekno square bases and placed the body on top and adjusted the posts to where I wanted it. Drilled new holes in the posts and used 4mm screws to hold them in place then drilled the body holes then you have to drill new body pin holes and lift the drill up as it’s spinning to elongate the hole until it fits the thickness of the body. Thanks for the comment. I’m not a company and the manufacturer of the tyres and only a rubber company. I’m just an RC’er like yourself that came up with this idea and product to help us all get longer life out of tyres. I do understand that the gluing is a bit of a task but well worth the effort. It’s only a waste of money if you regret spending. I don’t for 1 sec. There are a lot of things in this world that are a waste of money yet we still spend. So what “high end” RC would you buy so you didn’t have to spend anything on it?
@@WestOzRC True but there are less expensive ways to do things. Try to be efficient with your spending at least. For example buying a Typhon Mega and upgrading all the parts and electronics to make it 6s will cost you twice as much time and energy than outright buying the Typhon 6s. It only makes sense if you love to build and fix things as a hobby. If i cared about durability to that extent i would be looking at the XRT Ultimate.
How do you find the grip on these tires, it looks to be a super hard compound. Also those are digital calipers. Verniers are calipers with a vernier scale.
Grip is perfect for drifting as that’s the way I designed them. People love them all round the world and they work just great. Thanks for the correction 😎👍🏼
@@WestOzRC They have come highly recommended to me. They are on my short list. I do more grip driving but these look to be the prime choice if I don't want to burn 70 bucks a day.
Same here bought the 6s Mojave 2nd run both difs blown out . First time ever buying Arrma and probably my last my traxxas’s never have given me any problems like such in the last 3 years I’m high disappointed.
Sorry to hear that bro. Yeah Arrma are known for this fault and most people open the diffs up before their first run but we shouldn’t have to. Both companies have their good and bad points it’s just a personal preference. Cheers man. 😎👊🏼👍🏼

Just want to start off by saying great videos. I was able to purchase a pair of these tires and I have to tell you I love them absolutely love them they are as described and then some I can’t get mines to stop smoking. It’s like I don’t even wanna stop driving my car, they are amazing. Thank you so much for bringing this to this Hobby as we all know Tires can get expensive, but stop looking for any other tires. These are the ones you want. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

@@WestOzRC I’ve had a few bad experiences all ready, with 2 hobby shops claiming 30 years experience and know everything, what a joke , Shogun did 2 esc fans in first 2 packs , more you spend, more drama. When it breaks , they don’t want to know 👊 PS same community in most expensive hobbies.. 👊
Thanks for your tutorial! My Granite got its center driveshaft destroyed because a rock got stuck between the motor and the rear tip of the driveshaft, I’m currently running at rear 2wd. Already ordered my central shaft and now I’ll set my dust cover!
