Yeah, you are not alone in being turned off by the cartoonish nature. I had a few friends say the same thing. I just hope they fix things like multiplayer, ai, and all of that.
When you say Cleave the ads, the internet is returning a lot of variety of what that means. Can you explain? Aoe dot? Direct dot? None of the above? Lol
did the pve content still be easy all the way to the end game? i need a guild? do you have options to unlock and have fun by just playing? do companions matter in this game?
I know this is a yr old, but i did my first trial the other day and had enough to get a set of null arca, and nirn. I also have the oaken ring on right now. I'm using a bow right now, but am able to make 2 axes of arca if dual weild would be better. My bar is almost the same as yours, but the last skill is dark shade instead of barb trap. I also have dawnbreaker slotted. Its still a single target, so would I still use the same setup on cp? Thanks!
Hail and Well Met, Velothi would be much better than oakensoul in a trial setting, but your setup sounds good. Bow is basically as good as daggers, so you can stick with it. Note specific weapons types matter in eso, so a dagger is better than a mace for example, unless you need what maces give. You want incapacitating strike or soul harvest for your ult on a nightblade. Dawnbreaker is fine though. Cp should be fine. If you want tailored specific advice, come by the discord. Plenty of people there that can take a look at your setup and give you advice if you want it. Including on how to improve your skill to do more damage.
Yep, should be! If you need a little more penetration then one piece of light on the monster piece can also work well. We are talking small differences in damage either way.
People who actually want to clear hard content and need higher dps to make it easier. Sure you can go in white quality with no sets, but it’s “free” damage so why not take it? Unless you are running around overland or doing easy content like fungal grotto, overland etc… or content you have already done a hundred times. In which case, I agree, who cares. Overland and much of the content is so easy.
I really appreciate it! I spend a lot of time trying to condense my videos as best I can. It’s a process and I’m always improving, glad to hear I got it right on this one.
I think a well placed precision, or even 500kg bomb is my favorite. It’s so satisfying to get the location and timing just right. I also like a good napalm to zone out bugs, and the uses on it make it amazing. Honestly I could go on. Lol. I guess that’s a bit part of why I like Helldivers, so many valid load outs.
Tip: Don’t die. Probably the most important. Also, dropping on the mega bases or nests is a great way to start. It really lets the enemies know that freedom is there and it’s opening a can of Liber-Tea.
@@Nightharrow yeah those turrets can be a pain. We dropped a couple 380s on the base, but that sucker was still up. Long story short, we cleared it with 2 lives remaining for the rest of the mission. Lv 10 helldives are great :D
Haha we dropped in and I died probably 2-4 times to turrets while most of the team called in 120’s, but someone called in a spear before they quit the game, so I was able to use that to get the turrets. Then I think it was 120’s to clear it. Oh, and I dropped in on the head, so I grabbed it and ran.
@@Nightharrow Nice! This sounds like the opening to an epic propaganda movie: Courageous Helldivers launch a surprise assault into the treacherous Automaton Super Base. While under heavy fire from cannon turrets and heavy infantry, the Helldivers rained Liberty and Freedom from their Super Destroyers. 120mm barrages and SPEAR anti-armor rockets shredded the Automaton defense. In the name of Super Earth, they fought and died so Democracy may live.

Ah. I'm going to try that. The weakness is that it leaves Commercial Hubs as the third district and Street Carnival as the fourth. But that looks like a lot of fun.
Are these pre Gold Road or after? I am a MagDK still rocking MS Zaan/Slimecraw, and I want to put more hrs into the game and update my gearsets but I don't have Gold Road (yet). What would be a good obtainable set,I don't mind the grind (duh after 2400 hrs) and just 1 character.
Because they are both that good. Only thing better than tzogvins for crit is AY and that requires melee martial damage and keeping up stacks so it’s not as widely useful.
I don't play much, but when I do I really enjoy it. Most of my buddies who play it are around level 90ish, and I can play with them at level 30 without issue.
Haha yep, I’m like lvl 60 now, and most my friends are well into the hundreds. I have to ask them to pick up samples for me because they forget since they don’t need them anymore.
Yeah, it’s not as good, and our atro gives us berserk with the synergy. Deadly and rele give a 15% damage increase, and berserk is only 10%. It’s not bad though.
No, you shouldn’t buy ESO especially if on console, there are so many bugs and missing quest starters. Buggy mess, not worth buying. An unacceptable buggy mess of a game in 2024. Where the Devs can’t even be bothered to add mini map to console in the Ten years of this games life.

Also, I don't really stealth, I sprint everywhere. I don't mind fighting mobs because I get a lot of leather and other stuff from them. This reminds me of something that also isn't really explained. What is the speed modifier of holding down the sprint button compared to normal running or mounted? In my eyes, I never run out of stamina from sprinting for the same reason that you don't mount. Everything is so close together.
Okay now I think I've been doing it wrong this whole time. Without trying to intentionally reach 200% I think I have my speed up to 180%. Is sprinting bonus added on before or after the 200% cap? When I sprint, am I going 220% or just 200%? Gosh if I can just do a few things in here to get me all the way to 200% and I don't have to worry about holding the sprint button anymore, that will be awesome
@@Nightharrow well darn it, I love the stealth but always thought it was so much slower. I understand how to get vampire but how difficult is it to maintain that level one for that sneak trick? I have never played vampire before so I don't really know how it works. I'm very intrigued by the ability to sneak around at 200% all the time :-)
I’ve just turned my one bar magplar into a heavy attack to see if her parse numbers can go up a bit as I’ve started vet trials but I seem to be stuck in the mid 60ks… my CP is 900 will this be restricting me? I’m wearing oakensoul so my build is slightly different and I’m on console.
Cp won’t matter a whole lot. Each slotable is about 3% of your damage. Except the Ha cp for a Ha build. Golding put your weapons is most important. Oakensoul is a few k less damage than my setup but if your group doesn’t have all the buff they should then it might be better. Main thing is make sure you heavy attack then skill. Just found your channel. Ignore the haters who come in here and talk crap to a guy that is just trying to help people imrpove. Newer players will benefit from this video a lot. Especially, since the game itself doesn't really teach you how to properly play it or explain stuff like light-attack weaving. I appreciate people like you, Nefas, Deltia and Alcast. Yeah, it was rough. It happens though. I was testing things out on HD difficulty earlier tonight and I think I set a PR for deaths. Felt bad for the team.
As long as your stratagems are decent I had this guy today who had good stratagems… for the bots but for bugs they were not that good and he brought the whole team down and we lost the mission because he was using hmg (which is not as good as the flamethrower for bugs) walking barrage (which isn’t good for bug nest because of their circular design) strafing run (which is just bad) and supply pac (at least that went with hmg tho)
