I'm am 36 year old woman with 2 small kids and I used to watch Ben's videos 8-9 years ago before family. And now I remembered him and decided to look at his channel and yes, this video gave me the same vibes like before, relaxing music, family, dogs, coffee and great picture. Thank you Ben 🙏
Holding onto the past, holds you back. Holding onto these 600k subs is a false economy. This channel will most likely never return to high numbers. Very few of them do. It’s a struggle to even post consistently sand it’s draining your energy and the energy of old and new viewers alike. It’s sad to see for old subs for sure. Let it go! Start a new channel! Use the excitement of the unknown in starting something new with a fresh perspective to propel you into the success you crave. At this point, you have nothing to lose. Sorry not sorry, but someone had to say it.
I remember laying on my couch with the Olympics on watching these on my phone on release that summer. Such better times. Not sure exactly how i ended up back here now 7/13/2024 but i have thought about them many times sense.
8 years already.. this guys vlogs got me through last years of high school and i wish i could relive it. Damn.. thanks Ben appreciate all the good times you shared with us
There's a runners meetup at Boscombe Pier Harvester Pub each week around 5pm. I forget the day! I'm not part of it, but I just happened to be there last week and there was like 30-40 ppl there.
Dear Ben, Over a decade ago, I stumbled upon your RU-vid channel, and it was a turning point. Your videos inspired me, motivated me, and became a beacon of creativity in my life. I eagerly awaited each upload, especially your captivating India trip-it etched memories that still resonate. Your unwavering commitment to content creation has left an indelible mark. Thank you for being there, sharing your passion, and enriching countless lives. Keep creating, Ben! Your impact is immeasurable. With gratitude, Priyank, love from India 🇮🇳 🙏
About the sneakers: I think that something around 800 to a thousand km is ok. About the video: thank you so much. I follow you for so long and I have always identified myself with your work and got a even deeper connection with this video. I'm a runner, I get this runner high, I get emotional too and you just remembered me that, by commiting to the process, I can do hard things! It's so easy to get caught up in the process and forget that someday you've sucked at doing something and now you're doing great things... thank you for this video, for this reminder! I'm so sorry for my english. I hope I haven't made many mistakes and made myself clear. THANK YOU BEN! I'm from Brazil and I wish so bad that I could hag out and run with you! Wish you all my best! All the love! All the power!
Great run, great video! You should ideally replace your shoes every 750km or so to avoid injuries. With long distance shoes, you can stretch that a bit. However, I would try to rotate out the old shoes and rotate in some new shoes at around 700 - 800 km.
Once an athlete, always an athlete! I can’t imagine not being athletic in life and it seems you’re that way too. To me, when you are moving, that is when you are living life. As I’m typing this, I just want to thank God that I am still able to move, and still skate, even at my advancing age. Keep it up, Ben!
