Great video, got me where I needed to go on the brush not spinning problem. ALTHOUGH: one thing you may want to consider before replacing the switch or splicing wires is popping the red toggle off and CLEANING THE CONTACTS. I did that with alcohol and a qtip then blew it out with compressed air and the switch started working again. No need to take anything apart other than popping the switch assembly out and removing the toggle. No screw, no cut wires. Hopefully that’s all you folks need to get your vacuum working again.
This happened to me just now, December 25th, Christmas Day around 2:30 PM in Houston, TX I was flying my drone I got for Christmas outside. I made the idiotic mistake of standing across the street from this jack wagon’s house while flying my drone. At one point the jackass came out his front door (I saw him with my peripherals) and go back in. A second later, he opens the garage door and here comes this overly aggressive chihuahua that goes absolutely crazy at my feet. I had to do this sort of dance to keep the thing from biting me and to try to land the drone safely and out of the road. Guy just stands there and watches the whole time. After around 2 minutes of that I safely landed the drone in a neighboring yard and I gave him a “Well are you gonna sit there or do something” type of look. He finally took it in and didn’t even bat an eye or say sorry. Since it was a chihuahua there’s really not much I can do but if that was something like a pitbull I would be filing legal action. Either way I will be carrying a pocket knife for now on.
Thank you Jerome, the microswitch was the problem. There was a small piece of plastic that was preventing the switch from working properly, so I took a razor knife and trimmed the small obstruction and now it works fine. I find it interesting that it just now happened after we've been using the vacuum for about 8 years. Another mystery of life!!!
Ken, I think when you start reading these comments you'll realize the manager was standing her ground because YOU made the mistake. It's called middle ground. Find it.
I like your video. I have a vacuum just like this. But my wand won’t stay lock in. I bought a new one and it’s still not staying in place. When i push it in I can keep like the rubber punching the wand back up. Can you help me please. Thanks.
If it doesn’t work…flip the brush roller 3 or 4 times (on/off) after you remove that switch. Mine did not work at first until I did that but it did work. Thanks

she's taking the wrong attitude toward him which is common in America. You know she doesn't give a shit, it's in her blood. These employees even though might not can do anything, I'm not sure. They can at least try to act more professional. The customer experience would go a lot smoother & might not have this....
my Dad worked for Roper for 50 years and they made all the American brand washers and dryers, he said the basic models are best. On the detergents the blue is the best in my opinion.
Don’t every do this…don’t ever record this type of stuff when nothing happened. You don’t realize that these big fast food locations deals with hundreds of customers and you having you to bring a manager out when they are busy because you wanted a refund on the app. You should have stopped recording the second they said to call your bank.
I had one of those “owners” say F you to my face yesterday. They were still angry I caught them last year with her dog with no leash. Gave me all the excuses and more and tried to gaslight me and saying I was being mean etc. If she does that crap again, I’m going to warn her and take it up with the landlord if she doesn’t stop. She tried to play victim and hated that I took photos as evidence. Yeah… Last thing I need is for my chihuahua mix to get hurt out there and for anyone else’s dog to get hurt as well. She can claim all kinds of stuff about her dog not biting but she could easily be lying to save face too.
The guy filming is a piece of shit lmao. Stop being butt hurt and admit that you placed the order wrong. They didn’t overcharge you. You just don’t pay attention to any detail and smack place order as fast as you can. And then blame everything on the business. There are countless businesses that have to deal with people like you.
