Corrupt Police, Prosecutor, Judge & Public Defender: The Teddy Johnson Story - The Guardian Alliance 

I was actually at one of Herndon's trials and saw first hand how Herndon pushed the guilty button. The prosecutor objected to almost everything the defense tried to say/use and the judge sustained 80% of it. There is supposed to be a rule (i.e. "here say") given for the objection but rarely was one given. The defense attorney objected to this lack of any rules being used but Herndon said "the reason is obvious to me but if you must have "rules" then we will start using them. That lasted about 20 minutes. The trial was supposed to last 3 days but The Judge wanted to be done before Friday. which was the topic each morning and after each lunch prior to the jury entering the court room. The trial lasted a day and a half with the defense being about 2 hours, since nothing was admissible. There were pretrial depositions taken, some of which Herndon would not allow in evidence. Apparently some of the witnesses had changed their story, and one witness even admitted he had lied under oath. Florida is one of the few states that allow pretext/controlled calls. This is where a specially trained Detective gets a victim to call the accused and record the conversation. The victim acts friendly and starts an innocent conversation. The Detective then hands the victim questions to steer the conversation and try to get some statement/comment that can be twisted to use against the accused in court. In most states, this is illegal and worse than entrapment, since the Questions are designed to get a vague reference to something they can use to incriminate. Everything that was said in this video is true. I have seen this travesty and am appalled at how things can be allowed to happen to innocent victims. It is true about Judge Herndon and the prosecuting attorney. They seem to work hand-in-hand in sending innocent people to prison to pad their pockets. What a sad world we live in to have this happen to our loved ones. May God help us and our wrongly accused loved ones.
