I had ordered a doordash I believe at the FL-50 location in Clermont in early April (when I was on vacation). No issues what-so-ever with the overcharging. They got my food right, and the delivery person was nice. We rented a home. Oh, and I believe this video was uploaded 2 days before I ordered.
There is a very simple solution of these types of problems. Stop using these apps to pay for your food. Set your brain, so that it is 20 years in the past, then go inside the restaurant and order your food. If you need to, set enough time, aside to do this, or do without.

I stopped using the McDonalds app because of crap like this. The wait is the same as if I ordered at the restaurant, and if they were out of something you couldn’t get a refund! It’s fucked up!
Don’t every do this…don’t ever record this type of stuff when nothing happened. You don’t realize that these big fast food locations deals with hundreds of customers and you having you to bring a manager out when they are busy because you wanted a refund on the app. You should have stopped recording the second they said to call your bank.

I wondered if it was just me that this "customer" was ignorant. He started flipping out on the crew over$4.91 that was his fault. I read the comments and well...no. He made himself look foolish. Next time before you post a video, make sure you ask yourself, is this really their fault
