Those canned oysters have propellant in them and it’s not healthy you can just get a regular bottle spray add oil to it it’s a lot healthier. Thanks for sharing

Margarine and butter can both be used as a substitute for shortening, though their moisture contents should be taken into consideration before making the swap.
See description for recipe details. I counted for 1 serving of lean & green for the entire recipe. So 3 halves basically about 2.5 servings of vegetables. Hope that helps?
