Hi , the butter 🧈 needs to be really cold and cubed shaped , I had my butter in the fridge till I was ready to mix in, soft butter might not work !!

Margarine and butter can both be used as a substitute for shortening, though their moisture contents should be taken into consideration before making the swap.

Shortening is full fat, and butter and margarine has some extra moisture 😊
