Some videos brought in a lot of racist and disrespectful comments. My team had to spend too much time blocking and deleting because while I welcome dialogue and respectful disagreements, this is a safe space where people come to get information and help, so you don't get to talk crazy in my little corner of the internet. So we turned comments off when things got out of hand.
As a Father who currently doesn't have a relationship with my daughter post my divorce...I've lost alot of time and after my lawyer told me that going to court the judge will always go with the best interest of the child regardless of the lack of court order enforcement in place...As much as I wanated to fight....after spending over 30,000 dollars in lawyer fees going back in forth..I decided that I would not continue to financially place myself at risk for a financial hardship fighting anymore. I currently am paying for my daughter to go to college on my expense and not on her moms expense, I still provide insurance coverage and also even when My daughter blames me for everything that has happened, I still take care of my role as a father in the background. Fathers...at the end of the day...the fight for our children is on you and how much you want to fight...at the end of the day...financially you will still need to be able to support them by any means and one thing that you will not beable to avoid is court cost and lawyer fees. Parental alienation is real! Fathers, as much as society knows and acknowledges the value of fathers in a childs life...the bottom line is this...some mothers believe that it's best for their children to not be around the father. I pray one day that this changes...Until then live your life and allow people to pour into you and provide the support and love you deserve

This is how low n st.u.pid some of these baby mamas are 😮😮😮, just stop 🛑 parental alienation against the Father...and instead of dad wasting thousands $$*😮😮😮😢 on court fees.... He could use that money 💰 to help his kids n there mom.... It's such a shame that loving fathers have to waste money
Women are terrible people when they have this type of power over the father. Not all women, but the vast majority. The court system needs a complete change.

Or the other way around it should be . My son's father used my son as a pawn to get what he wants from me. After trying my best to fix the relationship I just can't pretend anymore. He literally said I should do whatever it takes to make the father of our son happy so our son doesn't think mom doesn't love him anymore. Sick right?! I have allllll the text messages proving everything I say but since I lost custody after our almost 8 year old son about 6years ago I'm so afraid the courts are still going to look down on me . I've made leaps and bounds of progress and am the best mom I can be at this time but I don't know if the court will believe me. After having his father over dose in my bathroom last year and 2 calls to the police after that because he was trying to drag my son outta my home during a visit because he didn't get what he wanted and I didn't say what he wanted to say so his temper went through the roof...last time was the nihht before mother's day the police found him under the influence and me sober and was told to not remove our son from my house I woke up at 5 am to find he took him and just left my mothers day present my son made me on my table. That just about literally killed me. If u could die from heart break I def would of on mother's day. His father has become a monster and I have no idea who he is anymore. I'm in such a shitty situation I can't take it much longer

There is absolutely more nuance to alienation than the mother saying no you can’t see your children and a father saying okay. The alienation is the occupying of the child’s available time or the child not being available for visitations by the father. Disparaging the father in the presence of the child. It’s a game that some play, even with a judges order in place
Respectfully, fathers do not receive equitable considerations regarding parental rights. They’re not making excuses. There is a higher standard to be proved by men than women in family court. the courts have seen enough cases to know by now that some mothers are spiteful and do use the child as tool for spite. I don’t even understand at this point how Parental Alienation is a debated term on whether it’s real or imagined. And quite honestly, if the mothers were truly concerned about “co-parenting”, fathers would not have to “fight”” harder” or go to a court and spend thousands of dollars for their God given rights as fathers. 50/50 should be an inalienable parental right in all cases except for parents who can be determined to be unfit.
my kid mama kidnapped the kid for 4 years....when we have joint custody....the judge just said...anybody can move....then the judge had the nerve to say make up time...soon as the judge said make up time im like wtf...from 2015 til 2019...she kidnapped....since then i got police reports of custodial interference and 3rd party interfence....im lockin her up the husband the mama and aunt and uncle....and im suing everybody....i want my lawyer fees back...every years and time she violatied a thousand per month plus 500 everytime they all did 3rd party interference....im not playin
Nobody will tell my story better than I .. i had to fire my divorce attorney for inadequate representation. I am now at the tail end and settlement phase trial. At this point he tried basing the entire divorce on half the year of 2020 to the year she was fired for insurance fraud and filed for $45,000 I’ve been found out as I had no knowledge of any financial situation or dealings a jointly filed tax return for $98,000
What if she fled to New Mexico and live there for two years now and she been investigated twice by CYFD sustained of child abuse and child neglect. The courts are not taking it as consideration that if God don't forbid my son could end up severely hurt, tooking away or even killed. I had to literally drive to New Mexico twice to pick up my son from CYFD out in New Mexico. Due to residency out in New Mexico DCFS out here in Los Angeles they can't intervene. I had submitted paperwork for the investigation and because it closed Case. Compton courts left the court remaining as it is. The mother of my child broke my visitation rights from Monday thru friday even though the court order in los angeles not new mexico. The messed up part is they still let her pick our son up and take him back to mom even if she got investigated. What can I do? It is like fathers really do not have rights, Everytime I have my son in my custody and I go and try to get emergency custody I keep getting denied and i keep getting ignored. If my son gets tooking away from CYFD again this time it's going to be hard to get him back. I have another court hearing in June 2024 this time my son is going to have a lawyer the are going to talk to my son, me and his mother supposedly in separate rooms 😢 I really love my and I hate the fact his mother put him in all kinds predicaments I don't know what to do anymore cause Everytime I go to court I don't gt the help I don't get the help i need, i feel like my son mother has a family member that works in the court house helping her. And it's true fathers do not have rights The fathers that are there for their kids get treated like criminals.
Well, we tried getting full custody back in 2017 due to noticing alienation red flags, 30k later only got expanded standard, which is now the legal norm In TX since Sept 2021. On 2/12/24 my husband called his 15 year old son out for disrespect and he just leaves, and his mom picks him up without permission and we haven’t seen him since. So in this case, what’s the point if he’s already been alienated and my wife and I have been badmouthed since he was five. If he doesn’t want to be here dads not going to force him but this has happen slowly over the years. His mother is picking him up from his school rather then him getting on the bus to be dropped off at my house during my court ordered time. She claims she never stopped following the court order yet she’s waiting in the parking lot and picking him to to take him with her during my court ordered time. Obviously giving him permission to miss his bus to my house and taking him with her. I have opened a interference report with the sheriffs office that has running on going tab of violations but if he doesn’t want to be here then shouldn’t it be his mother who needs to open a modification case, that can of worms…. I’d prefer to be the respondent and ask the judge to have him see a therapist that specializes in alienation. I’m not going to force him here but I would like a professional to see him regularly and examine if in fact I am right and that this is due to long term covert style alienation .
