I've always had big dreams, so that's been my life pattern...which is cool and all because I've accomplished so much, but where is "take a break" in that pattern? Where is "get some rest" "be still" or "CELEBRATE YOURSELF" in that list?
High achievers are oftentimes so caught up in what's next that you forget to really enjoy what's now...in this stage. I've had sooooooooo many great moments that I wish I would've just stopped, to take it all in, to be proud, and to just...do nothing for a moment. Because the reality is...I really don't NEED to always do MORE or to rush to what's next. Not before I take time to soak in what I've already done.
So this year...My word of the year is EASE.
I'll probably always be a go-getter and I'll probably always be doing something, but I don't have to ALLLLWAAAYS be doing something.
And neither do you! Take a moment to celebrate yourself 🙂
