Mine is short hair male, black, 4 thick white paws and a white chest. A hook tail that has been cropped. More white / gray around his muzzle, now that he's 8 yrs. A rescue for my grandson on his 10th birthday. Everybody Loves Marley boy! He thinks he's just as big as Daisy Duke a Doberman and Rosie a blue Stafford shire Pit. No bullying him!
Now my dog make sense. Other says it belgian Malinois and other says its german shepherd because it really looks like a german shepherd. But judging by its fur, its not so hairy like the german and not so skinny like Belgian Malinois.
This was about JRTs but not specifically rough-coated ones. Mine has very long hair which can cause problems with her eyes. She’s super-cute and beautiful, but not feisty, which was a surprise. I’m interested in the specifics of the long-coated variety.
These are not pitbulls. This is false information. These are mutts bread with other breeds. The Original pitbulls from the 1800's where a very specific breed.

I had 7 of those. The first one was Dads idea, but she turned out to be the best dog we had ever had. Grandparents on both sides wanted one, so we bread her, she had 7 puppies but 2 passed away, sooo, my mom's mother got 1, my Dad's parents got 1. That left 3 and we lived on 12 acres and one must have gotten lost. My advice for you get one, I may get another. Good Luck
I had a wire hair for 18yrs, he was my baby boy and my best friend. Wires are more sturdy than other Dachshund. I had a Chiweenie and his back was much easier to sprain, he still lived to be 17 because I babied him. Miss them so much.
I had a shih tzu and no he was not hard to train. Never had accidents in the house and was very active. We would take him on all our vacations and trail walks. I miss him a lot. Passed away at 12.5 .
