Gotcha and thanks so much. When I was very young I was given a train set .My mother was not amused but I liked it .When I was 10 I came in from school and it was no more .Mum had thrown it in the bin .Fast forward to 1987 and I came to Berlin to teach & saw an S-Bahn.identical to the train my mum had binned .Like a wonderful gift I now had access to many trains that were amazing , historic and very special Thanks so much 🛤and greetings across the. miles and down the tracks :-)

@HelenMikas I had to look up the S-Bahn as I thought it was a Metro line but I see it's mostly overground. Living in the countryside public transport is limited but I did hop on a bus the other day 😊 Have a lovely weekend 🚅🚌🚎
Thanks Jane ...Berlin sprawls , has forests rivers and canals It's also an inland port for cargo barges .The transport is S-Bahn, U-Bahn ,trams , buses and the same ticket is good for all tariff wise .What is good all can use , prams , bikes ,wheelchairs Never owned a car since I came here .Still very hot I'm longing for rain Enjoy your weekend , enjoy the garden and the wonderful new chicks .Have a great time:🙂 Off to the shop now .:-). ☀👋🏻

You have presented that very nicely, dear Helena. I once read something in an article from Berlin about this S-Bahn, although I never travel on this or any other train in my area. There are so many amazing trains in Germany but this S-Bahn network is rather special .Travelling made easy .Thanks a lot Therese..Glad. they brought back memories. :-)
Oh. much longer ,I came here in 1987 and the city was celebrating. it's. 750th anniversary .Germany as a country has a very long history Best see wikipedia They had monarchy ,different states etc etc ..They explain it superbly .Monarchy abdicated Nov 9th 1918....What I. failed. to say was the S-Bahn was electric, so quite amazing .

@@christianlebordelais Tous les transports appartiennent à l'État et les trains sont excellents, comme le D-Bahn. Les tarifs sont très intéressants. J'avais l'habitude de voyager régulièrement de nuit de Berlin à Paris et d'y changer pour un voyage à l'intérieur de la France. ..☀

it is a scorcher so my balcony is a sunshade for crows and has numerous water bowls.The crow in the above video is amazing & has a deformed foot but he is a trooper and we understand each other--Thanks and happy Sunday ( indeed every day )

I must try to contact YT numerous times ..They give no help Simply have to stay off YT but make note of all those I miss and look forward to catching up .Apple say the issue is YT as no other "hiccups" It could end up in the Guinness Book of Records .( one nobody wants though )
Yes I have and found it beautiful . As I said when very young and school holidays we would sit by streams watching the water rats Those I filmed here share with pigeons , sparrows and even crows Note :) I don't feed them Only dislike Ticks and europe has them .So tiny one can't see and they carry terrible illnesses .Rats you can see and they are far safer lol Glad you like their picture :-)

I have no idea what is wrong with some in UK .Should have been visiting no but decided to say pass . The hatred fuelled madness is horrible and based on lies ..Berlin is very multicultural and my neighbours are from very many places.We have no issues .I can recommend nature Glen .Very peaceful .it is .Have a pleasant weekend :-)

Why is that ? The birds are curious but nobody hunts .Dogs are kept on a lead and here in Germany very well trained .Twice I have had a juvenile cormorant swim out to sit by my side it just enjoyed being photographed and the looked and left swimming back to a colony That was magical
