Whatever he may know, I can't take a dude seriously when they say they value mobility so much, yet he's out of breath from less than two minutes of just being on balls of feet. Like not even doing exercises, merely existing in an active state. What could you possibly know about fighting, about pushing through in a battle of wills, could you even try to give input to a fighter in the fourth round when they're so far outside of your own depth? If you wanna build a career on getting people to do something you think is important, you should be walking the same walk that you're talking about.
Switching to pendulum steps absolutely changed my boxing experience for the better. Im a super heavyweight and its taken a few months of constant practice but now im getting hit less, hitting more and people reluctant to spar with me because im moving around pressuring them with footwork xD
