All right, I've been getting comments lately that have been actively shitting on my performance. I don't care. If you don't like that playstyle just don't play that way. I don't think people understand that this is a strategy game. Behind the scenes, those small movements that didn't matter to the majority of the comments have helped me clear MoC 12. If you aren't running the exact same shit that I have, you're just making yourself look like a fool. I'm telling the people here this because I'm not fond of shitting on others for their playstyle. And I'm certainly not fixing your attitudes. For those who actively helped me or those who just wanted to see my run I thank you for your time and help. I'm working towards 3-5 Cycle clears and the people here who have been actively slandering me for my bad performance cannot realize that this is a 10 Cycle clear. If you want to bring yourself down then go ahead, it's not my problem that you're acting like a fool and not understanding that this is a 10 Cycle clear. It's bound to have mid relics. Be more understanding or just don't watch the video at all.
I think the slander comes from the way the title is phrased. It sounds like the blame is on Acheron or the game difficulty escalating. I promise you 90% of those comments didn't even watch the entire video.

I knew I was getting myself into dirty waters but that doesn't mean that others should take responsibility for some of these idiots actions. I've had to personally address matters because an idiot wanted to one up someone because he thought I made a good point. I'm glad you know that this is clickbait. My analytics show that the majority of the people watched it for around 1-2 minutes. So of course it's going to end up like this. If people can't resist the clicks, then get off your phone. Ill try to give some helpful advice, since a lot of the comments are just straight up not helpful lmao. Ofc the obvious ur relics could be better but thats not something you can just do overnight, but in general im not a big fan of running boothill with tingyun. Tingyun really doesent provide that much to boothill and is just worse than either hmc or bronya. In general bronya is best, but hmc will allow you to deal higher damage numbers and if enemies are weak to imaginary hmc might be slightly better than bronya. You obv have hmc, but you also have a bronya so just use her instead, and try to speed tune her to be slightly slower than boothill ofc. Also you can actually break the right elite guy in the beginning in ur first turn with ult + enhanced basic, instead of going for the fish. Shouldnt matter too much sine you need to use an ult or basic for the fish anyway. I personally also dont like running a healing focused lc on luocha, but from my experience he easily full heals anyway so running a lc like multiplication gives him more turns = more passive heals = more sp. Ur atk does seem somewhat low tbh tho so not sure how good his healing is for u. The acheron team itself is fine, even tho im not the biggest fan of running acheron in that half. The 2nd half is very weak to break, so instead of acheron you could of ran a superbreak team instead. Acheron does work fine tho, the only thing i noticed saw that u spread ur stacks a bit sometimes, which is fine but try to keep the stacks at 3,6,9 as example 6:00 you could of used the pela basic on the middle guy to get the stack there for a better spread. Also while i agree that you dont always need the full 4pc set, running atleast the 2pc speed one on ur supports that are meant to be fast is usually worth it imo.
Aye nice advice! I'm actively trying my best to get better and this just makes it easier. I'm grateful to have someone in the comments provide their views on how they play the game. The reasoning behind my horrible relics are the units that I've pulled. Maxing out traces is what prevented me from farming. I don't like running caverns since I always got fodder pieces. The worst I had it was getting no CRIT Main/Subs for 4 months but I'm willing to give it another shot next patch since I'll be maxing out Firefly & HMC's talents by then. I think a lot of people, including you don't realize that this was in fact my very first time running this. I went in right after I built Boothill. So I didn't even account for his talent that gave him 10 energy when he locks in. I did run Bronya & HMC over Tingyun and I still got the same cycle. Sometimes I got lucky with the run and got 9 Cycles. It's a relics investment issue and this won't change the clear cycle until I get better relics. I just run into issues with Bronya & skill points issues since her talent boost's her up and she barely triggers her E1 for no reason lol. Yeah I tried to break the right Elite right after this run and it worked. The problem was the fish. I'm not taking extra damage because I missed the fish. Plus, killing the fish gave Boothill more Break since he gains 1 stack of his talent. I used to have a 4k HP, 3K ATK, 1k DEF, 134 SPD on Luocha but that's because I swapped my relics around. I barely have any relics so I need to swap them around, I have no choice. I'm not leveling up Multiplication because I don't have the credits. Luocha heals alright but it's him either getting three shot because he gets targeted three times or my allies die because they get hit more than once. I can't change this RNG and I'm not running Fire MC. Plus Luocha's S5 equipped LC "Shared Feelings" gives 4 energy to everyone after he uses his skill. I bet you not, this has saved my run multiple times in the past. The reason I used Acheron was because my Firefly wasn't built. I'm not a big fan of running Acheron on that half too but I had no other Lightning/Fire DPS. Hey I didn't know that you could spread the stacks willingly. If I did, I would've just done that. Thanks for telling me, now I know. I have no other Messenger pieces my guy, I need to farm more. If not, I'll just use the resin to get Messenger SPD boots.
@@generalsaverngild i get the relic issue, ofc leveling traces is always better but make sure to not level useless stuff like ruan mei basic, acheron basic or pela basic etc. You can also keep certain units at level 75 to save some credits, since u only need 75 for the last traces. (my luocha is actually still 75 even tho i have all the resources haha) I knew it was ur first time beating it, didnt know it was ur first time trying tho, but ofc im not asking perfect gameplay either. everyone does some misstakes its normal. I find it a bit weird that ur tingyun is just as fast as bronya/hmc but i mean if thats the case using tingyun is fine. I just personally find bronya to be the most comfortable to run with boothill, but yea with bronya you can run into sp issues. Thats kinda why u have luocha tho, even gallagher can work for the sp he just isnt as reliable to keep ur team alive without any sp used, but he will boost ur dmg a bit. A fast luocha especially with multiplication will give you a bunch of sp to kinda counter bronyas sp usage especially without e1 (or bad rng) Also running a faster ruan mei will help with the sp too. The play with the fish, im really not sure whats better, its just something i did in my boothill runs but yeah it should kinda end up being the same. I personally just like to burst the right elite down asap just to not get stunned by him. The luocha build u described seems better to me imo, its pretty close to what my luocha is (urs has higher atk/def/hp but mine has more speed) Luocha can get 3shot for sure especially if hes not too tanky but in most cases luocha should be fine since he will use his passive heal, a faster luocha allows u to just pass his turns faster to get the passive heal back up faster. I personally do not use any sp on my luocha at all unless im really forced to, keeping track of his passive heal and keeping the ult to sometimes get a stack or to heal up if needed can be something tricky to get used to but he should def be fine that way. Unlucky rng can happen sometimes tho, so dying is possible ofc but i think since you can always reset the run its fine. Multiplication on him is def not nr1 priority but from my experience the weapon is incredibly strong on him, ive used it on him since day 1 and never took it off. Shared feelings can be good for sure especially since he uses his skill with his passive, yet i personally dont think its much value in this team specifically, boothill doesent need too much energy and his ult isnt that needed anyway and ruan mei should also be just fine energy wise especially with that lc. Ye i saw ur firefly was only level 70, but the moc will be there for quite a bit so it could of been a plan b if this didnt work out as it did. The acheron stack mechanic can be pretty weird sometimes, aoes go to who has the most stacks and single target debuffs go on who got targeted. Acheron could of maybe been used in 1st half and then a hmc, ruan mei, gallagher and anyone that can break could work, maybe even a welt/guinafen, since superbreak is just so strong in this moc. It ended up working so no need to try and come up with different comps, but i found decent success by running comps that arent that good on paper but just comps that work around the current moc buff, back when i couldnt consistantly beat it.
@@joey-desu The problem with traces arrive when you can't use those units on the current MoC. My Blade, Jingliu & Dan Heng IL are currently maxed but they can't even do anything towards these new enemies. Brother, my Pela got one shoted at Lvl 75 in MoC 12 one time. I'm good lol. Oh shit I forgot to show Tingyun since I wasn't using her for overworld/story. Tingyun reaching 175 SPD is probably her max right now. That's why I used her. She provided Dance, Dance, Dance at the beginning and skill points for the team pretty fast. To be honest, I was surprised that Boothill got max energy on the first attempt (0:07). That's why I said I wanted Tingyun since Boothill starts out with 50% energy, I can max it when Tingyun casts her ULT. It was an energy calculation issue since it was my first attempt. I could run 160 SPD Luocha... I ran slow Mei because her buff runs out slower and I already have pretty high Break Effect without SPD. Courtesy to MrPokke and other content creators for their explanations. For Boothill, I wanted to get his ULT at the end before fighting Argenti. At 1:03, the reason for Tingyun using ULT here is to stop Argenti from hitting me at the start. If I were to use Tingyun's buff after Boothill casts his ultimate, my whole team would jump forward ahead of Argenti. I think this was a massive misplay because I could've shaved off an extra cycle. These trotters were kinda special so I didn't think too much about them after I realized they gave me energy lol. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
@@generalsaverngild i can kinda see why you would want tingyun but personally i cannot recommend it at all. She has really good speed and ddd so she brings value with her sp and action advance, so i understand using her since shes built over a non built random unit, but tingyun herself doesent do much tbh, hmc as example would bring everything she brings, but also buff boothills dmg himself. Her ult energy is not that big of a deal as long as enemies have phy weakness, boothill ult just isnt that important while also having very low energy so as example a boothill + bronya turn will give him already a lot of energy by just attacking. Even if u cant use bronya/hmc, a pela as example actually perfroms very good too. I do understand the slow ruan mei play, and its totally fine to use, but a faster ruan mei would allow you to generate more skillpoints which you might need if you run a bronya instead of tingyun. You dont have to change her built ofc, but if u want to upgrate ur boothill team in the future and use bronya over tingyun, getting a faster ruan mei might be helptful. I personally havent tested too much with tingyun + boothill in this moc but i think the actual play at 1:03 is to keep tingyun ult, let argenti hit you once, e + basic him with boothill, use boothill ult on the trotter and get boothills turn back, use tingyun ult on boothill into basic + ult (if the energy is enough), that way you can break him turn 1 without the shield gettin in ur way. The trotters this moc are def very important, they dont directly give you energy, but u get 10 energy for killing them, but they buff ur break effect and atk and give u ur turn back, from my testing playing around the trotters makes this moc much easier than pervious mocs. Also real quick, since this is also a pretty long comment and i might sound like im trying to argue agaisnt you, thats not the case im just trying to maybe give some helpful advice and maybe some of these things might help you in the future or something.

It was my first attempt and mistakes and speculations happen when it's your first time. I've been using these units the same way since I played the game. Tingyun is just my go-to for attempting content on the first try. She's just very universal and I know that she's less impactful on the current team I ran here. That's a mistake I'll take into account in the future. You've brought up so many good points and I'm sure you're here you help. I do take talks very seriously, I don't mean anything but the fun of it. Yeah I messed up big time when Argenti came up. It looked like I had already fought Argenti (I did but that was outside of MoC) but it was just me forgetting that some of his mechanics existed. Sometimes that happens when you don't encounter them in like a couple months lol. Yeah I took Slow Mei for granted here. I did have fast Mei but that set is used on HMC/Gallagher. It's the set with Full-Piece Thief. I think I reached 140% Break Effect and 143 SPD? I'm sure it would've performed better but I can't change the past. I'll swap her relics with HMC and try fast Mei once again. I'll see the difference when I do get back to MoC again. It's really nice to see someone here really enjoy their time talking about HSR. Again, don't worry about my points. I'm not arguing with anyone and the way I word things can be very provocative. If you've seen the title... yeah lol that's pretty much it. At the end of the day, let's all have some fun and call it good. We're all better than we think we are and it's a given that I'm trying to grow as a content creator. I’d say your focusing far to much on hp stats tbh There isn’t really a boss that’s going to get rid of 4k Hp before you can heal it back Having that much is understandable if your not running sustain and you want to run a extra harmony/nihilty unit and you actually have a need to not well die
I don't think you get the view of a player with barely any sustains. I'm running HP because I barely have any relics that have good stats. The honest damn truth, if you don't log in everyday, you'll be missing 240 stamina. This builds up over time but very slowly. F2Ps who don't play the game everyday and don't farm relics will not have 80/200 CRIT Value. I'm sure people who have multiple 5-Star sustains aren't complaining. Especially Fu Xuan and Aventurine. Since I only have Luocha, MoC just becomes harder. I wouldn't need sustains if my DPS actually had better relics. I'm struggling to clear because I keep getting two shot by their attacks. Sometimes they targeted the low HP ally twice in a row. At 3:49, if the Red "Tomorrow in Harmonious Chords" attacked Acheron instead of Black Swan, I'm sure I would've had to reset the run. I'm not trying to clear MoC 12 more than 2-5 times. It's honestly not worth the effort if you know your relics are bad. Once I get Firefly maxed, I won't be having any troubles with future MoCs. Unless they add weakness locking mechanics onto Elites, then I'll be back to square one.
@@generalsaverngild I’m not talking about using them in over world I’m talking about running no sustain in the end game modes (There will be cases where you flat out need to bring a healer like if your characters get loaded with DoTs) Also trust me I get that a F2P player wouldn’t have 80/200 I myself don’t have a single character with those sort of crit stats and I’m a low spender. The point I’m getting at here is if you can run no sustain with your team you will be much better off with keeping up with content. By no means do I think you can just slap some new relics on your sustains and be able to cut down on your clearing time. It’s just something to keep in mind. Edit: I forgot to add if a f2p player doesn’t log in each day they should expect casual results.
@@Rennmi By the way, I never mentioned using healers in the overworld. I don't know where you came to this conclusion? If there's anything overworld related, it's the relic farming. Stamina is used as the main point that "you need geared characters" to challenge endgame content. There are people who use sustains in endgame content because they don't have cracked/the best supports. Running no sustain means your DPS has already exceeded the 80/180 CRIT Value and your supports are already SPD tuned towards endgame content. By no means am I there yet. Yes, I know if I ran three supports on my Acheron she'd be curving MoC without fail. That's if I'm smart enough to SPD tune and calculate the amount of turns my team needs to clear content without dying. It's either you overpower the endgame content's mechanics or do enough damage to kill them before they kill you. I'm managing two accounts right now. Both are F2P. I've built a better team composition on my other account but I like playing my main since it has more characters. RIght now, I can tell you that getting 70/200 on my Seele was pretty easy. My luck's just that good and I'm not having a hard time playing HSR. I only play to enjoy this game and I believe you do this as well? Even if I can't play how I want, I still play to the best of my abilities. Having fun is my ideal gameplay. And I do get your point, it's not like it's never occurred to me that you can run sustain less team comps. I just don't have the firepower on my DPS to pull it off.
swap memories from ruan mei to hmc, and give rm cogs also consider more crit rate if youre missing multiple crits in a row, I have around 70 160 unbuffed WITH her lightcone because its better for your damage to be consistent than all over the place- having 65 crit rate and 140 crit dmg is imo better than 50 crit rate 170
Hey, I took your advice and my HMC has a little more Break Effect now. I'm pretty sure I only need around 150% base for Ruan Mei + 30% from Full Watchmaker Set. I don't have Cogs leveled yet so I'm using Dance, Dance, Dance for now. I'll swap it once it's Lvl 80. In combat, Acheron reaches 75.8% CRIT Rate & 163.4% CRIT DMG, while her CRIT before battle is 59.8% CRIT Rate & 163.4% CRIT DMG. I kept the Full Piece Diver & Izumo Planar Set. I'm planning to get her Signature Lightcone on her rerun since I'll have enough Stellar Jades by then. I cleared the stage 1 Cycle faster and I'm still working towards a faster clear. MoC will only get harder from here.
Why are you atk buffing boothill with Tingyun? His damage is mostly from break damage not atk. It would be more efficient to just use bonya to make it so he moves more to get that energy.
Keep in mind, this was my first time clearing MoC 12 in this patch. So I was going in blind. Tingyun provides Boothill with a massive energy gain and the extra action order right off the bat. ATK is just a side bonus. Yes I know that his damage mostly comes from breaks, it's not like I don't know that. Using Bronya just allows me to clear it faster. It's not like I didn't use this comp afterwards.
Here's a small tip for the Acheron + Black Swan combo! Black Swan's ultimate applies epiphany, epiphany causes the enemy to take more damage during their turn only, this is known as a vulnerability debuff and is extremely strong. To get the maximum benefit from it, save acheron's ultimate for when the enemy takes their action and then acheron's ultimate will do much more damage because of the vulnerability. You were not saving acheron ultimate for this point so the value was getting wasted. Hope this helps!
Your teams are bad tho.. You can't complain that you Acheron doesn't deal a lot of dmg in a team not really suited for her. Same for the first side. You're obviously free to play any team you want but if you don't invest in the right characters well.. that's an other problem

Excluding the relics, what characters should I use for this MoC 12? If you don't care that's fine. I'm just curious since you have E3 S1 Acheron. Maybe if I saved since 1.1 and didn't pull until Acheron, I'd have enough jades to get what you recommend?

Well for built DPS I have E0 S0 Boothill, E0 S0 Argenti, E2 Clara, E0 S0 Jingliu, E0 S0 Acheron, E0 S0 Black Swan, E0 S1 Blade, E0 S0 Dr. Ratio, E0 S1 Dang Heng IL & E1 S0 Welt. For supports/sustain, I have E0 S0 Ruan Mei, E1 S1 Broyna, E2 Harmony MC, E0 S0 Luocha, E6 Gallagher, E6 Asta, E5 Pela & E6 Tingyun. That's pretty much the basics I'll tell you more when when we get into this PV or whatever ya'll call it.
I don't care if you call me out for that because that's okay. If you could call me out on what specifically I'm lacking in, please do. I'm still learning with the rest of the gamers. It's not like I have $50k to spend on the game. I have better things to do than to think about improving my skills when I'm not that smart. At that point, it's just insanity.

Mechanical depth is not there, and the game has never been about strategy when you can just brute-force it with top tier dps and support. Pull pinnacle units and that's all there is to 0-2 cycling moc. "skill issue" in a p2w gacha game is hilarious man
@@300y1 To be honest, skill issue is when you have the top-tiers and you still can't clear shit. In this case, I wouldn't have skill issues correct? I'm sure I have many issues with "skills" (how I play/relics to him) but I don't have issues with playing the game. I can still read and use the buffs on MoC & Pure Fiction to reach the last level. It's just a matter of relics at this point. It's apparently a "skill issue" (different way to play the game) if I don't invest in the right relics. I'm not a meta slave, and certainly not one to pick on others because of their game style. By the way, this game does have mechanical depth. If your units deal less damage to Elites, "like that Quantum Dinosaur" then of course I'm gonna build units like Boothill & Firefly. This game has aspects of strategy to it. It's not like it's completely oblivious to it. Although it doesn't specifically state it on the official page, I found myself having to think when I play this game. Not everyone has the time to play this game all the time. Pulling pinnacle units or not, it's whatever the player decides. If I don't like their appearance, then I won't pull for them. If their playstyle doesn't suit mine, I won't pull for them. I would like to do 0-2 Cycling but that's just effort and time that I don't have. It's gears and playstyles that I don't like or that I cannot farm simply due to RNG. This is a F2P game that has P2W units. It's different from paying to play and paying to win. If you didn't pull for the units to clear, that's on you. But that doesn't mean that you're a bad player. It's just how you enjoy the game.
Bro use gallaher with boothil more dmg and because now you can break argenti faster with gallaher and boothil and because of you breaking a lot you can easy sustain with gallaher.Use luocha with acheron
I'm still building my Harmony Trailblazer and this is before I even started building HMC. But yes my HMC is barely built and I lowered his original cycle by 1 when I used him.

It's not like I didn't know that already. You're assuming that this is a MoC 12 run that has already been done. If you did watch the entire video, you would know that it was my first time completing MoC 12. Stating that you do more damage with HMC doesn't matter. If I get the same cycle clear, it's still equivalent to not using HMC. I agree that Boothill, HMC, Ruan Mei & Gallagher is an insane team comp. It's Superbreak for a reason.
I think the break points are 135, 145, 165 and 200. Although, I haven't looked at the chart in a while and the enemies have been getting stealth buffed (more eff res, spd etc).

So your saying that Blade cannot get stronger in the future? Jing Yuan also fell into a similar problem. What makes Blade & Jing Yuan strong aren't their kits. It's the added bonus of placing two of their most outstanding supports into the team. Blade just doesn't have the best supports for him right now (that being a HP buffing support). Ruan Mei & Sparkle can be considered his best in slot right now. Ruan Mei benefiting all of Blade's weaknesses (more breaking, more overall damage & SPD), while Sparkle only fulfilling his CRIT DMG needs (Which can be replaced with relics). Arguably, Sparkle's talent gives DMG dealt but that 6% DMG dealt only lasts for 2 turns and Blade's Skill lasts for 3 turns. "Something is better than nothing" is completely irrelevant because of how diminishing this buff is to Blade. Acheron has one of the best team versatilities because you can slap on any Nihility character and get a 160% increased damage whenever she attacks. Running Pela & Silver Wolf gives over 85% DEF reduction. Slap on "Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat" S4 on Pela and you get a 100% DEF reduction. Whether or not you should run Black Swan without another DoT, it begs the question of "Why the hell would I use another DoT if I don't even have the best in slot for Black Swan?" You're essentially telling me that I should just use Sampo or Luka with Black Swan. Scuffing my account and scuffing a team is not the same thing. Pulling another DoT unit just so I can use Black Swan more effectively is something I don't recommend. I'm F2P and I stand my ground when I say that less is more. @@generalsaverngildit is not about pela debuff here, black swan deals almost no damage if you don't accumulate enough arcana. DoT specific pure fiction helps her with getting more arcana. It is called dotcheron team, all you need is simply another dot character and you will deal a lot more damage than with pela
@@AzizHakberdiev What's the context behind Pela's debuff? I know Pela isn't apart of your original comment but it is considered a character in one of her "appropriate teams". Are you trying to say that a DoT character is better than Pela's DEF shred because that DoT character allows Black Swan to do more damage? If so, that statement is somewhat valid. Indeed Black Swan does more damage with another DoT. But that doesn't change that I'm still using Acheron as my main DPS. I'm making my Main DPS & Sub DPS do more damage with the DEF shred. It's not about Black Swan in a Dotcheron Team. It's about Acheron using the DoTs as debuffs while having her be the Main DPS. Having Pela just amplifies the damage Acheron & Black Swan deals to those enemies. I'd rather have 40% DEF shred than an extra DoT from another unit. I know Black Swan deals minimal damage without more 3/7 stacks but what does this have to do with "never use her without another DoT?" I didn't ask you to bring up her damage and you brought this up yourself. I'm assuming that you're using Acheron, Kafka/DoT Character, Black Swan & Gallagher/Sustain/Support? Or you're just stating that another DoT in place of Pela rewards more damage than if you had Pela?

For this particular run, I ran SPD boots since I don't have a full-piece pioneer set with ATK% boots. I also cleared MoC 12 with Acheron using ATK% boots. Although it was 4-piece rainbow, It resulted in the same cycle count. I'm working on my relics since I haven't touched caverns in 8 months.
@@generalsaverngild Well.. maybe there's a start here, even if my Acheron has a 75/250 crit ratio, I'm always trying to upgrade my relics (when I don't need to farm for a new set). So without talking about team composition I'd suggest you to talk into consideration farming a full set for at least 1 DPS per team. That's essential
@@idvarchangel Well thanks bro. I'm sure I needed to hear that 8 months ago lmao. It's not like I didn't try to farm relics after I already got a good 4-piece rainbow piece. I never got my Longevous Disciple Body/Boots with CRIT stats. Getting pieces with no CRIT for 4 months after I got a good piece was just a horrible experience so I focused on my traces/exp instead. I just stuck with some 4-Piece Rainbow 70/200 on Blade, 80/180 on Dan Heng IL/Dr. Ratio & 40/240 on Jingliu. As of now, I'm only 223 caverns in and that's how I've been playing since then. Hopped off a couple weeks here and there and I've missed out on around 2 months of farming.
To brute force MoC we have SW, that makes enemy weak to what you need, but even SW is not enough for blade. Mihoyo must have been balancing him with a lot more triggers of talent in mind, but there are no supports that can buff him based on hp *loss* like fighting spirit in SU for example. Blade isnt the only one, godforsaken arlan could become usable too
Hold up brute forcing is when you clear the content off element. Using Firefly/Boothill, you are still in fact clearing them on element. SW is not enough for Blade? I want to know if you own Silver Wolf so I can see where your statement comes from? Btw Mihoyo is now officially HoYoverse as of 2022. Jade is the new and upcoming Sub DPS. Her skill casts a buff on one ally, increasing their SPD by 30% and reduces HP by 2% every time the applied ally does an action. In fact, this is one of the only HP reducing units outside of Simulated Universe & Jingliu. I don't think there's anything changing Arlan's damage. @@generalsaverngild enemies are 20% more resistant to elements they are not weak to, some of them have higher res against certain element as well. While boothil and firefly can apply their respective weaknesses to enemies, it only helps them to break, while SW additionally reduces 20% res towards implanted weakness, making it work exactly same as native weakness. Even though you have res pen of Ruan mei, it is not as much as if enemy was weak to wind. If bronya wasn't helpful, just give blade some speed and replace bronya with SW, you will see the difference Any team with SW can brute force in MoC, especially mono quantum. But blade is not because he isn't really cut out for that particular type of content to begin with. He is meant for scenarios where he absorbs damage and gets stacks. Once jade drops he will become S tier in pf, he was already in A tier there. Slightly worse than erudition because it is not 100% that enemies will hit blade, but Lynx can fix that too

Mine's just the simple off-element concept. Yours is essentially "Math is out". If it's 0% or close to it, then it's "essentially" on-element. I'm not smart enough to figure out formulas but I'm not stupid to believe in simple concepts. I think yours is perfectly fine. If you think that math solves it then go ahead, I won't treat your words any differently. Using Ruan Mei here was for the buffs and not to prove that brute forcing is what you think it is. If I increase Blade's SPD then he'll lose his HP & CRIT stats. I don't own Silver Wolf but I know her strength because I used her before on another account. I'd like to see your exact numbers. If not, that's okay. I'm planning to pull on her second rerun or if not, get a unit that powercreeps her. Blade being able to brute force or not is the thing of the past. It's just funny to bring it up now since he's a DPS I like. I don't think Jade will ever make Blade good in MoC but surely in Pure Fiction she will. I'm not into Pure Fiction so I have nothing left to say. Lynx has the possibility to increase aggro but sometimes RNG gets the better of us.
@@generalsaverngild I forgot to add that there's 10% all type res as long as enemy is not weakness broken. You are in fact dealing with 30% tougher enemies, because you are not breaking them at all. Having SW here can reduce enemy resistance for up to 40%. But you are still not killing trotters. It is not brute forcing anymore, it is simply having a massive unnecessary disadvantage

I was able to achieve 22 cycles with Jingliu, Bronya, Luocha & Tingyun. Maybe if I had Robin & Sparkle the cycle would be pushed up to 26. Though that's still relatively low since MoC does have 2 sides.
Kafka is still viable with Black Swan but I'm really curious how that will hold up when Jiaoqiu is released? I know he's a new Nihility character but that's all I know. At this point, even if you tell me that he's a DPS I still think he's going to be a hybrid since Acheron came out as a CRIT Nihility DPS. For all I care, we can have a DEF scaling Nihility character. For Blade, I think he's losing his spotlight but he will definitely come back when an HP buffing Harmony 5-Star comes out. Silverwolf is okay but if you think about it, she'll have to powercreeped 2 times because there is 2 sides to every end-game content. If a character can apply weakenss implant, 45% DEF down, multiple debuffs & have the capability to become a CRIT DPS, Support & Superbreak. Then at that point, she has been powercreeped.

Not rlly sure because huohuo is still a very good unit, and after all jiaoqiu is nihility, whilst huohuo is an abundance character (which is the path of all healers?) so maybe the powercreep won’t be as much severe like blade….?
@@tqcx932 Thank you for informing me of Jiaoqiu's role. I'm certain that Huohuo won't get powercreeped in a while since you'll have to do it twice anyways like all other characters. I'm certain Blade will get out scaled but not necessarily powercreeped. So far, there has been no HP scaling units that are CRIT based like Blade. You also have to perform follow-ups, restore HP, become the next strongest Wind CRIT DPS & beat Blade's damage by a huge margin in order to actually powercreep him. I know FIrefly can fulfill this role quite well but the real question isn't' damage. It's the concept that matters and nothing beats a flavorless taste than a taste with flavors. That's what makes Blade so special. He's the only HP scaling DPS so far. Until two new HP CRIT scaling DPS comes out, that's when Blade has been powercreeped.

That list was made using "Character equipped with 5★ upgraded gear with optimal Main Stats and Sub Stats (with 24 desired sub stats out of a possible 54)," For all I know, the "optimal" stats can be anything. Provide context please. What do you mean where? Kafka is the Top DPS? If what you mean is Apex then sure. Top DPS can be Top 10, Top 3 or even T0. I also have no context for this as well. If you're talking about T0 she's not the top DPS my guy, it's Acheron & Firefly. There's potential in DoT. Blade being gone trash is true. He won't be doing anything in this patch nor do I think he's doing anything in the next one. But when a HP supporting unit comes out made tailored to Blade's entire kit, it's gonna pop off. Its actually insane how weak Blade is like 4 star only teams are clearing faster than Premium Blade teams. People saying any character can clear the content are misleading new players straight up.
I have no clue what you're talking about when you mention "content". If you're talking about all endgame content (MoC, Pure Fiction, Apocalyptic Shadow), every character can in fact clear them. It's a question of how you clear that content. I'm sure there's a theoretical possibly that someone is clearing MoC with Blade (whether that be E0S0, or E6S5). I also have no lead to which person you are referring to when you mention that "People saying any character can clear the content are misleading new players". I'm sure it's just some way to express yourself and that's perfectly normal. I agree that there are some people who misinform others. But I do hope that their best intentions were meant to help others. Standing corrected even if your points had no valid direction has no shame. You mentioned that Blade's premium teams are being outpaced by 4-Star only teams correct? I stand perfectly firm on this. I do in fact know this myself. It's very valid to talk about premium teams especially surrounding the latest content. Blade has been suffering for multiple patches, even right after his release. I'm sure there's bound to be a HP support for Blade or future characters but until then, we must use the best of which we have. Those characters being Ruan Mei, Bronya, Sparkle, etc. Blade is probably one of the most interesting DPS to talk about and I hope players realize that powercreep will always exist. There will come a time when there is only a Wind weak enemy. By that time, I'm sure a new Wind DPS will come out. But until then, Blade is still a viable DPS and certainly the strongest Wind CRIT DPS we have outside of Dan Heng. Of course, Black Swan is an exception but that's when you have Kafka, or when you use future DoT units. Blade will stay as the strongest Wind DPS as of the latest patch.
blade was my first 5* I unlocked and I love him but i dont think even with the health boost supports he will become meta as they will also release another health based attacker which will do everything blade dose but better...
I'm sure there's bound to be hesitation between newer CRIT HP DPS and the older ones. This happens all the time but I am sure that players will still use Blade for Wind weak enemies or "that boss" (Disciples of Sanctus Medicus: Shape Shifter | the one who likes throwing reviving fodder onto the field). Being "meta" and becoming "meta" are two different things. I believe that Blade does not have the capacity (damage ceiling) to become meta but he does have the potential to make a new meta. That being HP scaling DPS.
Honestly the problem isn't that Blade is backloaded, it's that a) his numbers are too low b) using him as a sub-DPS is worse than using an amplifying support (yes, even with Jingliu) c) he needs a healer for both sustain and DPS (losing more HP = bigger Ults), and forgoing another support is a DPS loss Back when Yanqing (wind weak) was the MoC boss, I ran a 6 actions per cycle team using 8k 70/150, 4 pc Longevous + Salsotto, E0 S1 Blade with E0 S1 Sparkle, E2 S1 Bronya, and E1 Ruan Mei support. Pretty much the best hypercarry team you could ask for at the time. Blade couldn't even 0 cycle after landing all his Crits. Replacing Luocha for Bronya or RM changed the clear from 1 to 2 cycles. And yes, I used every single tech possible- snapshotting both Sparkle's and Bronya's buff during Blade's Ult, using Bronya's Ult buff during Blade's Skill turn to extend the buff duration. MoC is even tougher now, but Blade is still stuck at that same ceiling. Keep in mind that he becomes a very fragile character when played at his ceiling, because supports offer more damage for him than sustains. So the bonus of him being a tanky character doesn't even matter. Please buff his numbers Hoyo. I don't think even Jade will be enough to save him at this point if I'm being honest, because you're still replacing a support to use her.
Yeah, the one plus is that Firefly needs her E1 to be on the same SP efficient economy as Blade. But once you get that E1? There's no reason to run Blade over Firefly, ever. The one use case he might have in Pure Fiction, well, even trash enemy HP is too high for Blade's followup attacks to one or even two shot them.
Patience is the key my friend. For now, I can only think about Jade + Blade + Bronya/Robin and Lynx/Huo Huo/Luo Cha. But there's still unrevealed Xian Zhou characters kit. I'm looking forward to the new 5* fire abundance character. It's been a while since we've seen another abundance character.
