So does it tell us that zbll is not absolutely necessary for OH? Juliette sebastien and patrick use it so much that i always think that OH demands the zb method. But looking at solvers like max and dhruva, it seems that table abuse, turning style and tps also play a much crucual role
it's never been any necessary for OH, additional algsets are always a benefit zaiyang zhang is also great example + still note that knowing extra algs do help and it's an option you gotta consider like in the first solve in this average if he did R U2 R' U' R U R' U2 R' F R F' he wouldve skipped pll and got better time
@@KotegawaYui btw looking at cubing as a whole I find it pretty odd that some top solvers can just get away with plain cfop using tps and lookahead and then there's people like tymon who work so hard in their efficiency and still can't outperform others who are following relatively less efficient techniques. What are your thoughts on this?
@@shivengarg6614 turning fast is its own skill,those other cubers have simply decide to practice turning rather than getting really efficient with there solving because that's kinda just what they happen to be good at and easy to improve.
