Weird timer stop on first solve, because I thought I didn’t stop it but turns out I did. Other than that I nice avg. 8.85, 8.75, (11.71), (8.21) 8.77 How are my timer stops?
Hi, this is actually a reply to your video "How are timer stops(9.09 speedsolving avg)". I just want to let you know that your timer stops have significantly improved in that video and safe to use at an official comp imo. Wish you the best of luck at your next comp! I felt really bad that there are some people who literally believed you cheated (or maybe just one person lol), even though there is a lot of evidence that you did not and just had a history of bad timer stops (which you were clearly unaware of at the time).
@@dhruvasaimeruvacubing8059 I apologise for commenting here again but this is more for my own research. 1. First of all, at the time of your official OH average before WCA +2ed every solve, it appears there was no consensus on the regulations on the timer stops and even among top competitors (like most of them did not think of it that much). Is that right? I see that you have good friends that gave you warning that some people might consider them a +2 before WCA made their decision. 2. I see that you posted videos on your YT channel asking people to critique your timer stops. How helpful was the community in that regard? Was there very little feedback? Did you have to figure out a lot of it on your own? Any difficulty and frustrations when figuring out those timer stops? 3. Do you notice any improvement in your times after you have adjusted to the "good" timer stops?
Since the start of the year all 4 of my rounds were good timer stops. Many people helped me out and gave me tips and told me to improve be which was really helpful. Because even though I did not gain any advantage through these timer stops I still needed to change my stops because of the WRC.
