I have been a nuclear power plant worker for 25 years and a prepper long before that . I was a prepper before prepping was cool or before anybody knew what a prepper was. I know pretty much anything to do with radiological situations through my years of experience. I am also into survival and bushcraft. I like the old ways of living and self reliance. I will be putting some videos up soon .

It's funny to me to see all these cans with funny regional names like "Chef's Cupboard" and Valu-Time. Thanks for the video, definitely good to know that all the expired food I have from my last prepping excursion is still good. I used to throw it all away, now I can save hundreds.
I’ve seen some shit in Cambodia, Indonesia, even China. But none come close to this shit. This was BRUTAL on the hog!! Shot and stabbed and left gasping for air! Wtf!!
I'm wondering if it would be safe for me to eat a can of Farmer's Market brand organic sweet potato puree that expired March 2020. Today is June 13th 2020. I visited their website today and looked at their FAQ, and their answer to the question "Can I use the product after the best by date?" is "We cannot recommend consumption past “Best By”, “Exp Date” or “Use By” for quality reasons." But I'm wondering if they are only saying that because they want people to just buy another can from them to replace the can they threw out. They make more money that way. I'm guessing it's not just because the amount of vitamin A or calcium has decreased, because if that was the ONLY problem, then I think they would've written in their answer in the FAQ "Yes, it's OK for you to eat it x years after the expiration date, but just make sure you are not relying at all on it for your vitamin A or iron or calcium or vitamin c needs, because those vitamins will have lost their potency by that time. Consider our can to be filled with delicious junk food that has a slightly different texture". Or maybe they just don't want restaurants to you it after it's been expired??? Let me know what your opinion is. I'd still like to use it, even if it now has zero calories and zero nutrition. I don't think calories could deteriorate though, since energy can neither be created nor destroyed; only converted into a different form of energy.
This man has absolutely no social skills... Idk why he would CHOOSE to work in such a social setting yet care so little about answering anyones questions with more than one word.. I guess some people just don't care to educate others or share their knowledge with those who have a genuine interest.. Very sad actually.
