For background, I was skinny since I was a kid. I gained weight in my teenage years and then got PCOS. I don't known if I have a body dysmorphia. Its been 3 weeks since I started exercising and CalDef. My weight is the same but I could finally wear my short that I couldn't zip. I can also feel that my belly is different but I still see myself as big in the mirror. I wanna cry and just wanna stop eating everything. Consistency and portion size are my issues. 😢 I aspire to obtain discipline and finally lose these stubborn 20 extra pounds!
