Keto kinda didn’t work for me as far as weight loss is concerned but my periods were normal... also stress can aggravate Pcos unfortunately. For me intermittent fasting is working and I’m on a lesser carb diet not keto as such and also no meat or too much cheese etc. Somehow Vegan diet didn’t work for me either. This journey is frustrating that’s all I can say!! Keep at it!!! 👍🏽
We are on the same page, can relate to everything you mentioned! It's frustrating but living with pcos is more frustrating so let's work our butts off and kick this thing! xo
thanks so much for these videos 💗 my main PCOS symptoms are acne (including back and chest) and irregular periods. love to see how much progress you’ve made 💕
It's because of Inflammation caused by gut which leads to insulin resistance and these two are the only cause in most of the cases apart from adrenal cause / leaving pill after a long time. These are the only causes for everyone. These cause are of lifestyle and diet , (stress , abnormal sleep patterns ) origins for the majority. Very few who have correct diet, lifestyle, stress management and good sleep but still have pcos might have a genetic predisposition or origin. Genetic origin is very less in minority. Majority has a lifestyle origin.
no it doesnt... it actually is one of symptoms that you have pcos. All together pcos is common these days because of bad stagnant lifestyle and corona has just made it worse.

You got to do exercises to lose weight .... There's no shortcut no gain without pain .... Btw hope you remember I asked you if you had pcos while you said you were eating religiously in your terms 😊
Weight gain doesn't cause pcos. It is insulin resistance which causes weight gain and pcos. Weight gain is a symptom not a cause. Eating to just lose weight rather than balancing meals to overcome insulin resistance and Inflammation is never gonna cure you out if hormonal imbalance. Also, weight lost first and then regained indicates the diet or routine followed to lose weight was restrictive and not sustainable which means it wasn't good for the body and might have led to nutrition depletion in the body which could have caused insulin resistance and Inflammation and hence pcos.
