Miranda saw a lot of Potantial in Andrea, but i don't think Andrea she meant to be for that world, she is good at her job but she is not a fashion lover herself, she put on what they suggest but she is not very interested as Emily or Miranda, Emily she should be more Like Andrea meaning less Robotic and try to get everything done whit no mistake, that why Miranda prefer Andrea she is more natural, and Miranda need someone in her life who is herself and not this fake it until you make it people that she is sourrand, she saw potential in the begin in what she says in the interwew, Emily was bring her down most of the time in the begin and yes she was not sabotage her in anything because emily live for working and she would never sabotage anyone because she don't need to she know she good at her job, if you try to sabotage someone at work you are insecure, emily she not insecure, but she surely need a break because she look like she going on burnout, she look like she not have a vacation longtime, so maybe that why she soo harsh, but when she saw andy was do a good job she was more relax and less harsh with Andrea, also I think she was like this to everyone because she want to prepare them how is the work and if you cry because I treath you like this, if Miranda say something worst would you jump out of the building? but I also notice that Miranda would never say to someone something mean and laght at them face like Emily does, I think Emily should have a warning paper to how she talked to people because is unprofessional, like the part of her say to Andy about the idiotic shirt, is unprofessional! Miranda would never talk like this, she would be worst but use professional word.

Women find the character of Miranda to be inspiring, but fail to see how even SHE knows she chose the wrong path in life. True success for women lies in being a mother & good homemaker, not being the head of some ridiculous fashion magazine. Skip the career, ladies and make some happy babies. Don't put kids in daycare where they will never know you. Keep them out of public schools & teach them yourself.
Glenn Close as Cruella De Vil is undoubtedly the best, I love her performance. Anthony Powell, an absolute genius of Fashion. They both should win Oscars, or even two. Wonderful outfits. ☺☺
I feel bad for her, a little bit. Imagine your fiance hiding the fact he had twin daughters. But she didn't seem to really love the dad, and I didn't get the impression she really liked kids. So I don't think she was right either.
Cruella De Vil is one of my favorite villains. We need her more in the 101 Dalmatians especially if her husband Mr Devi is included it be cool to see what her husband would like perhaps similar to her but more money hungry and greedy.
