I'm Pete The Wargamer and on my channel you can find a whole host of kit bashing and painting guides for Warhammer and other wargaming miniature games.
I love these kit bashing videos I do a load on my guard. Started doing kill teams and converting them don't care there not legal because I play with mates not in tournaments so rule of cool wins every time
absolutely amazing work as always. Many years ago there was a nurgle baneblade variant, i would love to see how the other gods desecrate the mighty baneblade.
im a new painter and therefore my opinion is maybe not that popular, but i like the new formula more. Even with the "new ones" i have sometimes problems with stainings and i think with the old ones i would really mess up.
I will say I feel that the helmetless heads kind of mess up the concept of a "tactical" chapter; sure, there's lore reasons (TM) for them not using helmets but the end result is putting a big "shoot me here" sign up lmao. Sure, Space Marines can handle physical injuries better than a normal human, but its still just silly (and not "Silly" in an awesome way).
Hey, minor question. Is there an angled shot of the model? It's kinda hard to see the effect of the still water on the base and I was wondering what it looked like.
i know its a very old video and thank you as i have just used it but i am sure someone else pointed out that the loren forest highlight you mention is actually tagged sotek green haha
As someone who's not in the wargaming hobby (but has enough interest, past experience and existing knowledge to watch videos like this) I'd love to see accompanying images of each full model when you use parts from them in your kitbashes! I think it would be cool to see how far a part has come from it's original form.
There are so many great bits to be found online, small armor plates for toes, larger for the sides and fronts of legs, extra leg extensions, not just longer but also an extra joint either way you want it, with their own fitting armor plates, torso extensions, shield, weapons, armor for arms, different heads and complete top armor plates that move the head to another location, ammo belts, new reactors and exhausts, so many awesome stuff, especially if you have a resin 3D printer yourself. If i could afford it i would go absolutely nuts with that.
I've backed for four cans and D.A.B is one that I'll be choosing :) Looks fantastic, want wait to play around with it, Congrats again on getting your own branded primer!💙
