Hi everybody. This is a channel dedicated to rock climbing, one of the most beautiful sports out there that coordinates body and mind strength, and connects them at the same time with nature. It's a dance of movements perfectly synchronized that make us flow effortless against gravity, but just the 20% of the times. If you want to learn more about rock climbing and the strongest climbers, whilst being entertained, stick around.
I just want to do the whole thing different. Let's make together something big out of this.
Really appreciate how Alex is constantly moving the conversation away from talking about "braids" or "socks in shoes" and back to the incredible athletic performance these women are showing.
53:30 seems like there needs to be a better signal as to when a climber has or hasn't properly started a climb cause waving a clip board and trying to yell over a crowd for 10s obviously doesn't cut it.
So completely weighted in Janja's favour. I felt so sorry for Ai Mori. There need's to be more well rounded boulder setters at this level of competition.
Unforgettable? This is straight out embarrassment when the setters decided that if you’re short you’re not allowed to start the problem. This is literally the worst set of the entire year, and you post it here with amazement just because Janja can “campus”? That’s rude to both janja and ai mori
that's how sports work sometimes, but you have to keep going. when you see a short basketball player, they don't use their height as excuse. Instead they work with the tools that they have and work hard to change what's in their control.
what is embarrassing to a top tier athletes is to blame the setters for the sportswoman's shortcomings. please stop excusing lack of skill with the pathetic "she was too short".
@@szpaqus lmfao, yes it’s an embarrassment that you think that it was a skill issue that two of the strongest athletes in the world could barely get to the start hold, and they just *happened* to be the two shortest climbers in the innsbruck final.
For everyone who is confused: the semifinals could not take place because of rain. So they took the final boulders and everyone who was qualified for the semis climbed them. So this was a improvised final. Normally there are 6 athletes in the final and only one climbs at a time. In the semis this would take too long because there are too many athletes, so there is one athlete climbing at every boulder at the same time. So here we have a final in the format of a semifinal. (This happened a few times in ifsc world cup history and is a common practice in case of very bad weather)
@@shoubamzlibap Austrians and Germans are very alike and the right wing party is also very strong in Austria. In Korea Germans are known to be disrespectful since many Vlog travelers got insulted and attacked by Germans. It even became a topic on Korean news. For me as somebody born in Germany I can totally see the complaints. Germans are very disrespectful towards different cultures.
@@shoubamzlibapgermans are known to be disrespectful in many countries like Spain, Korea, Arab nations, South America, Canada etc. there is literally a Korean vlogger who got so bullied and discriminated that it became viral in Korean news channels. And you should know that austrian culture isn’t that far from german culture. They both have the tendency for nazism and have quite the arrogancy towards foreigners.
