Exactly!! A lot of football players don't have an identity after football .. because thats all they know 🤷🏿♂️ ... its a horrible sigh to see .. but its the only sport that will eventually end. Basketball, you can play pickup games your whole life, football .. once its done .. its done ... we definitely NEED BALANCE!
I think for Football should be looked at more of a activity but if you're really good at it as a career. You don't have to be a player to be involved in Football. Football creates many careers.
Agreed!!! It should just be something you do .. so maybe not play the year round national schedule .. just play the 3-4 months in the fall .. and do something else .. But if you turn 14 .. and your an exceptional player .. ok then maybe label yourself a football player .. and plan out a possible career .. But we shouldn't be planning those careers at 5 years old
