Mad love and respect brother. I resonate with your journey so much. It hurts and I don’t feel like I have fully taken my lower back yet but I’m pushing every day. A couple of years ago I had a year old pup who found one of our neighbours Nate’s (I live in the bush) and I have struggled so hard to understand why that had to happen. I feel like I am starting to get it now. The little dude was a martyr who came here to help me feel the embedded generational trauma so I can do something about it. Massive love brother.
