This really resonates with me Andrew . Thanks mate . I need to figure out what it is I can create and go hard at it . I've tried to quit drinking and I can smash 2 weeks sober easy ,but boredom always brings be back to the beers . If I can create something to move forward , things will be different . After watching this (3 times over) I've sent it to friends ,and even my mentor (qigong ,tai chi ,Kung Fu teacher , reiki ,Bowen practitioner & healer of all physical & psychological descriptions ) .Chris Radnedge .

To be honest, going to AA meetings through my mothers alcoholism i noticed alot of the things you are saying about the triangle you mention. My mother always fell into freindships with other recovering alcoholics that enable each others victimisation, instead of challenging each others growth through constructive criticisms... It was probably difficult for people to communicate with each other like that in the 90's. Still is honestly. But through these enabled freinships found in shared victims, it would always lead to relapsing and very very toxic relationships. Thanks for your prospective, its helped me today. Congratulations for your sobriety. Full power Greels!

AA never worked for my old man. If they’re old school and don’t give a fark ain’t gonna happen .😅

Ive never been completely sober long. Been on substances since i was 10. I have only been smoking weed and drinking lightly for the last 5 years. Quit smoking tobacco and started vaping, but bongs led to tobacco use again recently 🙄 im attempting to cut right down again. But i really admire anybody that can go full sober brother! Ive always been from one substance to another. Addict of 27 years. ❤️☮️

Birds of a feather flock together, Accountability comes with growth- Victims don't ever really grow because they are never really accountable, It's their identity one way or another, if they were accountable, they'd have to deal with the issues. It's the same as the ' Can lead a horse to water but can't make it drink ' concept

best thing to do when giving something up is to be around it as much as possible your brain will want it but if your around it enough you train your brain that it isnt in full control you have control in early stages your brain gives up you win train your brain you are the boss

I had this idea for channel called truama response talking about stories of truama, different methods or strategies, goals etc but the irony is that this can help people feel not so alone and empower people while truama bonding because we are talking about truama it's a loop

Rewriting the story we tell ourselves is a muscle only developed with affirmations and experiences to change that pattern
