6:52 i really hope they use this leitmotiv in Dead Space 2 remake or third in the future if EA makes them, this is basically Isaac Clarke's main theme and of the franchise itself, it's iconic for me.
Regardless of my feelings about what the game eventually turned out to be, the final fight against the Blood Moon was *beautiful.* The atmosphere, soundtrack, graphic and overall fight were stellar.
Is this game flawed and had the worst case of content resold as DLC? Yes, but it isn't bad. It's still awesome, the Dead Space Remake uses the side mission features and the fast travel mechanic found in this game. Motive retained the good ideas from DS3 and i hope they get the chance to remake this game and give us a more fleshed out experience.
I had a dream where I was stuck here.. horrifying, every time I’d leave (mind you with Deadspace death fanfare as well) I would be obliterated by a comet
This song hits all of the best feels. I don’t know if master chief can compare, sure he blew up a few ships and a giant metal onion ring, but Isaac Fought a literal zombie planet!
As much as I adore the direction / feel of the remake, and given the publisher interference ithat DS3 suffered.... I'm glad we d i d get DS3 the way it is, or we might never have this score the way it is. 🤔 seriously though, and it's a ways off, I would much rather have a score like this one than have distant screams, wind chimes and discordant notes 😬
Always fascinating when late-70's synth makes an appearance - this puts it probably near the front of the synth resurgence 😎👍 If anyone is familiar with the og Jurassic Park soundtrack by John Williams.....there's a wicked synth/orchestra piece early on within the first few tracks - has a really weighty 'mysteries/aprehension/tension' vibe to it. (Have no clue why this little nugget popped into my head.......almost impressed that it did 😬)
This is easily one of the most underrated, underappreciated and for me (gulp) regrettably, long overdue (🤔 or I was too busy getting "minor laceration"d to death 😐 wait, wrong game) I'll now be strip-mining this aural magic (faster than a planet-crack 🙃)
The composers were on crack when they made these themes. I really wish they redo Dead Space 3 and let us play as Tim during the SCAF outbreak 200 years ago. You can mix between necromorphs, fellow soldiers tasked with killing you, and General Mahad as a human villain hindering your progress for the Codex. I think it was way more interesting than Issac’s love triangle.
4:01 Best part. I've remembered this music for 10 years and I could never forget the amazing coop experience I had with this game. It was like no other. Such a good time.
Many made the mistake of playing Co-op first then complained the fear element was lost. I soloed it first then played with a friend and showed him what happens when you MAX speed and ammo on a melee weapon.
Dead Space 3 has beautiful musical theme, which was undeservedly forgotten and did not attach so much importance to it. Let's take a look at how it sounds. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aRAJIvFCaIQ.html
