Very important statistics, Brian and very many thanks for collecting, collating and broadcasting them. The new house of MPs certainly need to know of them. At least the "Respect accredited DAPPs have been decommissioned and increasingly recognised by Judges as having been a piece of nonsense. The differences between VAWG and Family violence need to be much more carefully broadcast and understood by Cafcass and the Courts. I think the courts are a better bet for managing to do that!
I wonder if the new government will look into this at all...or will the oppression against paying parents continue. I still strongly believe if the percentage to pay was lowered and the incentive of alienating the children from the paying parent is removed, this very easily be a potential solution. For all the paying parents, stay strong and your not alone in this situation.
Any advice I was in court yesterday with a non mol made against me and with a barrister i paid £1800 to attend court with me he advised me to go with undertakings,he said if we go to court we will probably win cos i had lots of evidence but he said the effort out way the reward because it would cost me lots money he said i would better makeing an agreement to undertakings as it only lasts a year and means you carnt go near your partner's house within a 100 yards for a year and no phone calls or email thats it. she has to agree to the same i don't know if i done the right thing agreeing to a undertaking i know i saved money but don't know if i should took it further and paid £3500 to £7000 for him to represent me to prove my case he said even if i win and prove my innocence i end with a peice of paper that i can't show anyone to anyone because your not allowed i did feel very stressful going through this it was very stressful did i do the right thing?any feedback would be gratefull one more thing he said because all your kids are adults its not worth fighting the case if i had younger children he said he Would have fought it.?
bilateral undertakings are ok, and he's right in that you have saved the money, but you could have done that without a barrister, if the NMO was applied for in response to you trying to get contact with your child/ren then visit my website for more guidance/get in touch if you need help, much cheaper than a barrister
I had my ex agree to "undertakings" before child atangements , got gagged every stage and still came out the bad guy no doubt professionals rigged the system for financial gain, can i expose what happened without being sent to jail?
Do not get married or get any woman pregnant or your life as you know it will be over the family courts and child support courts are not on your side in any way the corrupt courts are on the women's side and how much money they can get out of the man and that is period

no, I've been taking a beating unrelentingly for the last 7 years +, there is no funding for my work in this area, so I just do what I can when I can while trying to stay afloat
Well done..great advice. I found it all out the hard way though trial and error and disbelief. It cost me everything and I have experienced true failure on almost every level. But at least I'll never wake up next to my ex wife again, so I wouldn't trade. The law is an abomination and I now despise my country of birth, have nothing but contempt for it and see these injustices as another part of its collapse. It's where it deserves to go and I'll never shed a tear for it or anything else again after the loss of the last 6 years, 2 amazing children, a couple of million quid and my belief in the United Kingdom One regret? I wish I'd learned to hate this state more , and sooner. I'm 60, penniless, assetless, and it's year zero for me but my new partner and baby son are worth more than every year of my marriage x 1000 ...so fuck it. The only thing men have is strength , even if it's deluded stupidity..keep it for yourself and fuck the system, fuck this point in history and all those who profit from it.
The CMS is unfit for purpose I have been calling every month since May 2018 from my son leaving school and they are STILL taking monthly monies from my wages despite sending them evidence from education board to confirm same My son only stayed with his dad for 3 months due to his school behaviours and didn’t like me grounding him at the time yet was awarded full child benefit and £199 a month CMS Yet CMS have been unable to give me 1p from a historical claim totalling £4700 when I claimed from his dad NOW stating they can’t pursue this as it’s been over 5 years WTF!!! I was a single mum of 3 kids working 4 jobs yet the other parent pays 0 and my monies is arrested for a lie for the other parent to pay off a brand new motorbike every month !!!!!! Sooooooo wrong on so many levels But TBH my kids wanted for nothing and are amazing from a single mum ❤
The CMS is not a balanced system at all, it adds NO value to Children's lives. The % applied for paying parents is too high, doesn't take into account inflation, or paying parents bills, is calculated on gross pay...this is what is causing financial struggle, mental stress, anger , anxiety, depression which leads to suicide in some cases. The CMS have made up arears that further exacerbates the above. When you challenge the CMS, it takes ages to resolve and it further exacerbates the above mental health issues. The CMS is creating an incentive for RP to gain more money if the children are alienated from the paying parents. This causes mental health issues to Paying parents and more importantly the Children. Solutions: 1) Total decomission of CMS and encourage parents to be amicable. 2) RP applies for CMS through court (that way Shared-custody can be included)...only then CMS get involved. 3) Reduce the % or calculate it based on Net. This will encourage Paying Parent to contrubute to childrens lives, without putting up a fight/struggle.

Well done for your excellent research and presentation. I can say that I rather feel that your work may have been listened to some. In my own situation, in 2022, where the CMS was unwilling to accept my change in income over over 25% my own MP NUS Ghani supported my complaint to the CMS, together with my application to the tribunal.. The CMS initially apologised, provided a new figure and advised me that they were terminate the tribunal action. The following day, the CMS sent a new increased figure for me to pay. I submitted a further complaint, advising that the whole action of the CMS was affecting my health, and which my MP also supported. A further investigation and apology was then carried out by the CMS, whom, following evidence of my payments to the receiving parent, accepted that I had indeed been overpaying . Again thankyou for your work, which i understand has come at a significant personal sacrifice by yourself.
Excellent video and report. I wil share, thank you for that. Just one suggestion: instead of saying 'commit suicide' I would say 'die by suicide' as, while the legal systems in western countries certainly do treat fathers like criminals, suicide is no longer a crime.
Eleven years since i have seen or heard from my children since my ex partner and I split up and she moved back to Cumbria where she was brought up. Tory government took away contact centre funding in 2012 so that was that..I’ve paid roughly thirty thousand pounds through CMA and I don’t get to see my children..ever..Is this lawful? The stress and anxiety has caused me strong psychological distress and stopped me from using my wages to help me through this nightmare..Justice?
No justice for children or fathers in western society. Does not happen in Asia or Africa or the Middle East or South America. And they tell us the western world is "advanced" and "progressive".

Dam this why in UK, i just work and save. So i can go overseas for 4-6 months. have kids over there, no bloody women roar goverment support over there. Just simple life, men provide. £300 a month pays for rent/food in Africa. But in UK, that's her makeup money. Screw that. If u are a man, don't buy a property if ur still with ur parents and u get on with them because another thief is Council tax! Everyone with a property has to pay that shit. If you have a property that's a life of paying council tax for ur place. Live at ur parents and pay rent for ur bedroom, go work in UK and overseas to have ur kids, keep the wife/kids there. Come back to ur parents home, work 3-4 months, go back for 8 months. That's the best alternative.
I had false allegations of common assault against my ex and oldest child No Further Actioned. I’ve behaved and communicated impeccably throughout this whole process. Still I’m waking in the night from anxious nightmares that my children are being poisoned against me. I’m being reduced to supervised 2 hourly visits at the moment but have had my solicitor send a legal letter detailing my requests for 50/50 access. I have written communication from my ex detailing my children’s seperation anxiety and related behavioural issues. She’s tried to paint me as a drug using mentally unstable person. Thankfully I’ve been in therapy and engaged with my GP over my depression so this goes in my favour. Also I have written correspondence from my ex detailing her history of sexual assault and I’m aware that she had made an allegation of DV against one of her ex partners. Wondering if it’s worthwhile/appropriate to get in touch with him to learn of the outcome of the allegations made against him?!?!
Anyone have any success with having a restraining order revoked ? Stupidly I agreed to one upon pressure , at the end of a trial I was found not guilty of ( ex made false allegations of DV) . She’s obviously using this against me now , it’s weighing heavy against me and in her favour . Also has given her legal aid

I was in court yesterday. My solicitor told me to accept the order even though all the allegations are false. Let’s spend your money on getting access to my children rather than fighting this non molestation order. Was this the wrong decision. The hearing was being recorded and she did state for the record that I accept it but disagree with or it something. We have filled for child access straight away. I have lots of evidence. Im with my kids all the time on days out ect then I was served this non mol because she couldn’t afford to live at our family home. I have text messages the day before she filled for this asking what time am I dropping/picking the girls up ect. Clearly see she is just being vindictive. Will i be granted access now I’ve accepted this order? Help please!
the problem is that once you agree something like that it is viewed as a fact by the court in all subsequent hearings, and for any professional required to write a report, so in my opinion by accepting you create a mountain to be climbed at a later date and you are a bit of a sitting duck for any future allegations/procedings
main career is autamatically a woman.After split thse women most of the time claim false abuses,and fathers don't see their children,and has to pay to those liars child support.Those...will work 2 days a week and stay on benefits all their lives!And men will work and pay taxes for those to stay easily on benefits.50/50 shared care should be granted after a split....we as men have to protest....this nonsence has to finish!Women has more rights over our children,why is that?Are we mare worse parents then them?
My son it is not being returned from visit by his mum...social services, court or police won t do anything about that...can t evan see or hear my son anymore...last time heard and saw him, he was crying and shouting that he wants to come back to me :( it is killing me swear...disgusting discrimination
Great video good information, I m going through the family court hell right now, with all the allegations of historical rape from Ex and so on , 100% support this information but as most guys in this situation read them to late. the allegation destroyed my career as paramedic, the police put "Rape"on your DBS the moment your are arrested (not charged ) in my cast 6 months on bail, sign on Universal credit to suffer even more humiliation bieng told I must find a job ..................That except rape on a DBS !!!!!!!! last comments your right no justice the woman can lie and not get arrested for it. 2023
Speaking of financials, here’s my real world stats: mother walked away with over 71% of the family assets, she currently has x2 properties, Child Tax Credit and a higher paid job. While I rent a 1 bedroom flat which is suppose to hold myself and x2 kids. The kids want 50/50 share but the mum refuses, which forces the legal route, ie. expense at thousands. This is the system that is setup and is destroying lives.
I earn 1k a week gross.. After the tax man goverment cms take their money I'm left with 414£ a week.. just under 60% of my money goes missing... this country is an absolute joke
