Its tough my ex left, moved in with another man, smear campaign was against me thou and for 7 months had me arrested 4 times nor let me see our children and has gaslighted me saying for 7 months daily shes coming home needs time loves me. All the way upto 17th June 2022 today got given a non mol. It broke me but helped me see clearly without my rose glasses on. Some women are nasty but yeah I still hurt bad from her and this bf of hers. She made me believe she wasn't with him just living 😆 Thst she loved, wanted me and coming home. For 7 months. I was so stupid. Now I just know that's it for the first time I know. He still loves you to. He wouldn't be nasty if he wasn't bitter. I got like that a few times, but I was being tormented for half the year whilst still obsessed with my ex. Your his kids mum. I know his pain. Good luck x

Yep its happening all over to men by woman gaining the upper hand in child custody and financial settlements. The law has to change to stop one the leading causes of male suicide. My wife did just that, she put a non mol and Occupational order on me based on a statement that was fabricated and disgusting with no evidence to back it up- its that easy. and this woman abused me for years physically, emotionally and manipulated our children to them making out that I was the abuser. My life has been turned upside down all because I wouldn't leave our house before we had settled the custody of our children. The justice system stinks.

Dont marry foreign women, dv is their ticket to residency in the uk. They dont need to stay married to you long enough to get citizenship

This is currently happening to my wife's Uncle. Her aunt didn't learn anything about the British culture and two weeks before her visa was ending, she disappeared to her relatives to do this order so that she can claim asylum and get a direct ILR. This loophole has and is allowing certain people to exploit the daft law.

No it’s taking no blame for any of the allegations and just that you basically make a promise to not see the person or go near the house.

I've had mine served to me today. Split in Dec 21 but she's been contacting me daily for several months saying she's coming home soon, came to see me 3 times a month caught on cctv this last month twice, entering my house alone. All whilst I'm on bail BTW. Today got my non mol 27 accusations 10 percent true but exaggerated hugely and rest just disgusting lies. 9 years and you think you kbow someone. Anyway I have screenshot of all the contact some thru her many fake Instagram accounts but last few weeks been from her personal email address, again. Loves me, coming home blah blah. Today non mol lies. Have I got a chance to show judge every day for 7 months she's mentally manipulated me and abused me? Will he see her coming round. Non mol was applied on 11th June, she messaging me every day before and upto 17th June. Will judge get to hear and see my hundreds of messages of her basically perverting the course of justice as I'm still on bail. I've told police twice had them out and both times did nothing but been arrested 4 times, bailed 2 are nfa 2 are ongoing. One time I had police out they said shut down my email and social media and they won't investigate the fake accounts....I was on bail, basically admitting I did very wrong. But I had to in order to try snd stop her. I know most will say I should have cut her off when she left me for another man in Dec moved her and our kids in the same night they left our home.but she gave me hope and week after week I believed her. Then I'd try to let go and she'd contact and hook me again. 8 wanted my family home. This non mol is a step to far now I have cut her off for good snd she has since 17th. I hope I can get help because I'm awaiting surgery from emphysema and don't get paid sick. She also left me in debt. I have all this evidence but worried they won't care like police??? I’m a victim of child alienation. And a non moles order. 9 months in we had a 3rd/4th court date. I breached the order apparently by talking to my ex outside court. I said don’t lie in court directed to her brother standing next to her. I’ve court in two days. What are is the likely penalty? I’ve read a lot about prison. That’s a little worrying. First and only breach. All I said was don’t lie in court today. My daughter relies on it. Altho the allegations were that I shouted don’t lie you child abuser. This is not true.

@@paulplayer9092 this is exactly why you have to contest the application in the first place. If she says he shouted and has a witness from the family, then frankly that's not a witness unless it's on video as we all know certain families will lie for one another. No evidence is no evidence, and they csnt punish you for no evidence, if they do then ask for leave to appeal, if they refuse leave to appeal (likely) that just means you have to submit an appeal anyway and the appeal will be heard by another judge. Remember a judge JOB is to draw conclusions from evidence available, if there is no evidence then there can be no balance of probability on which they can base a decision therefore the only reasonable action to take is to determine that there was no breach.

Brian Hudson thank you mate. Much appreciated. That info is going to help me. I did have to do an interview about it but I stayed firm and said I spoke to him and not her. So I’ve admitting speaking. But at no point admitted to breaching any order. I will appeal if I’m needed which I didn’t know was an option. Thanks.

Why would it be law? If it were, it would give a lot of abusive parents the ability to further abuse their children. How would you write such a law to prevent such unintended consequences?

the problem is that once you agree something like that it is viewed as a fact by the court in all subsequent hearings, and for any professional required to write a report, so in my opinion by accepting you create a mountain to be climbed at a later date and you are a bit of a sitting duck for any future allegations/procedings

there is no expiration to molestation orders i believe

Non-molestation order expires after 1 year in England. Just do not accept the order, then she has to take it further and she has to show evidence. You should not accept because you create yourself a problem/dangerous situation for no reason because breaching a court order is serious and goes on your record. You do not need to send any evidence. Just write that you refuse the order.
