Theres practically no people on earth that dont have 30-45 minutes 2-4 times a week to train, and thats a decent amount of training... You wont be a mr olympia with those numbers but you can definitely get results and decently fast if you train hard

You don’t need to open your hips for birth lol you need to open ya hips so you don’t mess a hip replacement and a wheel chair when you are older. Are you a qualified coach, PT or instructor? Not at all. She needs a pt, it’s all good and well if you are doing it just to move, but if you really want to IMPROVE and not stay the same you need a plan that’ll leave you in sweat and tears afterwards, her days don’t make sense, usually you follow a upper lower plan for her style or a push pull legs day. which is back and biceps day 1. Chest, tri and shoulder for day two and day three you smash some legs, doesn’t need to be in that order, you can choose to rest or not after day three. She looks unproportiinate and because if that she may have issues as she gets older. Y’all really need to start following plans instead of uploading bs for people that have no clue on what they are doing to see. No offence but videos like this are why people look like dicks and injury themselves in the gym. I basically live in a gym and I have studied the human body for three years aswell as studying fitness. YOU ALL NEED PTS.

Yes! As long as your doctor clears you, you’re able to continue training! In fact, it’s beneficial for you AND baby! I have a whole program for pregnant mamas that teaches and guides them how to train throughout pregnancy 🥰💪🏼
Some people even continue heavy lifting while pregnant! Our bodies are amazing!! It’s pretty cool to see a pregnant lady do a bench press and lift weights 🎉 P.s. I sat in the bathroom or laid in my bed the whole pregnancy so props to you mommas who have the ability to stay so active.
Girl. I’m bawling. I’m currently 10 weeks and this hit the nail on the head! I’ve had severe nausea, acne, no sex drive, inability to workout, and acid reflux. But what you said that hit the hardest was the alone feeling. My husband is amazing but I still feel so alone. You explained it perfectly and I thank you for that. I needed this more than you ever could have imagined!
