My apartment is old building so no ground or red wires. Instead, I have yellow and gray. 2 whites and gray go together. Blue, black, and yellow go together. Quick research online I was able to figure this out

Any suggestions on a Cannon gun sfe that seems to be unlocking the handle turns but safe won't open something inside seems to be jammed. It may be overfull blocking mechanism.

Aside from the three size 20 torx screws mounting the gem case to the fuse block, are there any other fasteners? Do i need to open the GEM and unscrew anything, i cant get the GEM to separate from the fuse block, dont want to force it. Nothing wrong with my GEM, except for what's wrong with all of them. I have a 2001, and the stupid buzzer when im listening to the radio and have doors open is annoying. The black wire with a pink tracer on the ignition switch is already been cut buy a previous owner. But when you turn the ignition to ACC with a door open it's buzzing. I'm going to reverse engineer the Buzzer circuit in the GEM. And disable it for the ignition, but keep the headlight buzzer. Or i might mount a buzzer on/off switch in the headlight/dome light assembly. if I'm not mistaken the buzzer is on the bottom of the gem circuit board. (After i got the fuse block and gem out, I realized, it would have been way faster to just add a new power switch on the dash and run a 12v wire to the radio so i can listen to it with doors open and ignition off.)
Video is still helpful! Our bathroom walls were getting so wet when taking a hot shower; ok I was the only one causing that because I take stupidly long and dangerously hot showers. Anyway! It was smothered in dust, so I took it off (thanks to your video for showing me how), cleaned it, and am hoping that helps. If not, now I know how to replace it!
Always clean the breechface up side down to prevent solvent and debris from entering the firing pin channel. Around 80% of videos on cleaning and lubrication of firearms are incorrect!

Nice video - I've had some issues with my keypad here and there - having to enter the combo multiple times, having it stick and not open - that kind of thing. It's nice to know that if things start to get worse, I can do a DIY fix - the SG keypads are actually fairly reasonably priced.

Some years ago a movie theatre played an e-trade spot of about 5 of these baby commercials in a row. The audience was in stitches- this was one of the spots. Immediately followed by the "Coming Attractions". Ohhhh....the Boos were being shouted out from every corner. And a great collective groan could be heard. These do look good on the big screen. Another way to check the chamber is to pull the slide back. Also there is a loaded chamber indicator on top. That piece of plastic is relatively useless.
reconnection is a challenge, and with grease, and soap, and swearing still could not get it done in 3 hours! perhaps an offbrand replacement of radiator but the hose rubs the wheelwell and will not advance.. must be a tool that pulls them together maybe like a gear puller?
I did it without removing the heater hoses. I got the control valve out by pushing the end of it towards the front of the car and simultaneously push with your other hand towards the driver side to get it out of its slot
I own a 2008 Accord V6 3.5 EX-L with 166k miles. I have been fighting with the 3497 code (no 3400) for a couple of years now. I changed the whole VVT with a Dorman and still get the 3497. I was always also getting codes on sparks 4 and 5, now extending to 2 and 3 and even the P0300 Random Misfiring. Although I know the P3497 is an oil issue, I related to the spark issue since 4 and 5 are on Bank 2 and closest to the VVT. Although I am not getting a code for the Bank One oil sensor, now I am suspecting it and checking it tomorrow. I just had a new oil change but will again check oil level. My mechanic recommended "reprogramming" my car´s computer for $400, OR... checking the "rockers", starting at $2,000 for the job. I took my car back home and discovered other things in my car like: faulty oxygen sensors (4), faulty coils (6) and sparks that Autozone sold me as "pre gauged" and were not. In the process of changing the 4 sensors with new coils (6) and a set of new sparks (6). I also believe code 3497 should be a RECALL.
