Hello and welcome to our channel! We are Chad and Tiffany Jensen. Driven by our passion for adventure, we set out to build the ultimate expedition vehicle.
Well, our version of one.
For the past year couple years we've been modifying our 2008 Chevy Kodiak medium duty truck and renovating our Arctic Fox 1150 truck camper.
Consider subscribing and join us as we continue building out our rig and exploring the southwest!
Is it 4x4? If so you don’t have to do anything. If you buy the right wheels, Stazworks or another brand, they will bolt right on with no modifications. The 335/80/20 size tires fit no problem.
The Houghton A/C units I think are standard on Host Truck Campers! Great video thanks for sharing. I plan on buying a Host Yukon 11.6 Truck Camoer on a F-550 flat bed, I just can’t decide if I want a 84” bed or the shorter bed.
Love all of your content! Interested in brand and details of your car hauler trailer with tanks. Please send details or consider a video about the trailer. Thanks!
Quick and to the point video, like it!!! Just subscribed too. We want to remove our front AC on our 5th wheel and install a low-profile ac to reduce clearance and drag, now this got me more jazzed to get it done, Thanks!
You will absolutely love it. We installed the 13500 with soft start low profile on our Lance 915 and couldn't be happier with it. Crazy how quiet it is.
Okay thanks for the install. Give us some real hard data on power use at 90+ degree real world experience. How many amps at each level setting, what are the real decibel levels at those operating levels.
Nice install. I installed the smaller 9600 AC version in my truck camper and I can run it off my 2kw inverter/charger for as long as my battery bank will hold out.
@JensenAdventuresaz I ment no disrespect. I like your video because you're not there pretending that you know everything like the other videos of people thinking they have mastered everything when in fact they just got finished reading about it all. Again keep up the good work and I'll check your videos when you post them
I SO agree with her on those hideous RV “deco” window treatments 🤮 for the life of me I have NO idea why they use those at all. So so ugly. I can’t stand looking at them. Was the first thing I removed in my 5th wheel tiny home.
I will do a full tour in a couple videos. I have all the videos of the inside in the remodel playlist but need to do a full rig walk soon! Thanks for the comment!
With all the new setup, how tall to the tippy top of the camper, didnt you have the goodyear tires? What happened to those?how are you on total weight now?
What rear axle do you guys have? I noticed the front axle is just a 1 ton unit, d60? Who made it and was it a factory 4x4 truck or was it converted later?
