Yep killzone 2 is just awesome...I hadn't played it in like ten years then yesterday got my ps3 out and tried a a few games and I got hooked on it straight away!
Bro ,are you calling the controller a "remote"? If that's what you are referring to , my dude the PS3 controller is one of the BEST controllers EVER MADE ....i mean , the battery life , durability, feel , comfort , im just confused right now...what .....You NEED buy a proper PS3 controller
PS2, for me, is the best console of all time. There are so many great games for all age ranges. So many great series started on the PS2. To say it's legendary is an understatment.
I disavow anything during/after The Clone Wars. The SW galaxy had so much lore built by talented authors, developers, and artists; all their work snapped from canon. The true fans call it G-canon. Everything else is fraudulent.
Hi my list project zero(all) mgs3 silent hill 4 2 3 shattered...origins...code veronica x ..gta3 ,manhunt2,canis canem edit,shadow of memories,all final fantasy are all time best, megaman x command mission,syberia ,tomb raiders, i have over 100 ps2 games
Yes indeed thanks...I recommend army men Major malfunction its super great and hardest ps2 game i ever completed unfortuna i dont have other army mens...do u?
Sure theres definitely agendas being pushed in modern Star Wars but i think the bigger problem is a mixture of over saturation of the market and the law of diminishing returns. add to that the fact the writing in most of these shows is derivative, formulaic and filled with broken logic in a lot of cases and you get too much of a watered down and frustrating product. its also occurred to me like it has with you that the reason the star wars movies were so special to most longtime fans is they were also events; a movie came out every 3 to 4 years letting anticipation build whereas now theres a new movie or especially tv show every few months, leading to the aforementioned over saturation. the MCU is in the same boat so its nothing to do with the IP, but rather the mismanagement of them. the other issue is that theyre essentially telling the same story as the original trilogy over and over now, and when they do try to "subvert expectations" like with the Last Jedi the audience has become so used to the same expected formula that "subverting expectation" becomes just a fancy way of saying disappointing the fans. star wars needs to go away for about a decade but in my book i have to be honest i think the original and prequel trilogy said everything that needed to be said.
Totally agree with your point. The people in charge don't understand, the history, the fans or what makes it great. Kennedy and Filoni want there own version of Star Wars and to lazy to make up their own universe, not that they are capable, now they want to force the audience into their weak stories. let us hope this failure will force them to shelf the ip and to go ruin some other beloved franchise.
I recommend you seek out the HD collection of the first three PS2-games, but yes it comes at a cost which is a bummer. I highly recommend playing through Ratchet & Clank: Nexus on PS3 after A Crack in Time! Those, two are the two best of the PS3-games, but Tools of Destruction is also great :) Love the channel btw!
What i like the most is PS3 play ALL PS1 games and i like ps one racing games co-op modevery easy.. PS5 almost impossible to find two player co-op offline mode games
Cheers from Australia! Sounds weird to here about winter in Southern Africa but I'm sure the rest of the world thinks the same about where I live in Victoria Australia 😁
Welcome to the channel brother. The rest of the world won't understand summer is in December. As it should be. Thanx for the comment I really apricate it. What are you playing at the moment?
This is the third video about collecting DVDs I've seen in as many weeks. Looks like I was ahead of the curve I've been loading up on used DVDs for the past three to four years most of them for 5 bucks or less
Nice! These are some of my favourite underrated 90s movies: Stone Cold, The Perfect Weapon, Nemesis, Trespass, Beyond The Law, Joshua Tree, Thunderbolt
Feel like most 90's movies where either great or good, very few stickers unlike today. Think if you keep digging you will keep finding gems in the 90s.
From what I understand if you watch them on an old T.V.s they look better, but I am in for the vibe of watching good movies on old media. But when it comes to quality viewing, you are totally right.
That's are the movies from your top 10 list I haven't seen Broken Arrow, Sneakers, Kingpin, I Love You To Death, Hevenly Creatures and The 13th Warrior
Army of Darkness is so much fun I really had a great time watching it and it's my third favorite in the series the first is the TV show Ash versus evil dead, coming in second place is Evil Dead 2 and Army of Darkness is number 3
true im born 00s and i grew up at the end of ps2 life cycle and straight to xbox 360. and nowdays i feel games are soul less. and i went recently back to ps2/ps3. been collecting on ps2 now for 3 months having a blast. my fav silent hill 2/3 .lord of the rings return of the ring. and few more. i feel like there is perhaps 1 good game a year on pc. 2024 been an ok year tho. but i only use ps5 for series xD or else it youst sits there
I converted my collection to mkv with makemkv and am impressed with the quality streaming to my bluray player. It's just the really old dvds that have quality issues.
Broken arrow was crap. Like Indy IV, you don't walk away from an nuclear blast as close to the detonation zone as they were. It was an ACME roadrunner cartoon. I won't see the Quick and the Dead again. It was showy and lacked the emotional impact it was trying to achieve. Too Hollywood. Too contrived. Get no complaints from me for Army of Darkness. The 13th Warrior. Missed its mark. It was hard to follow and didn't get any better on an 2nd viewing. A waste of time. Alic Baldwin was sure great in Beetlejuice. I don't know. He really doesn't carry any emotional realism in most of the movies I've seen him in. It seems like he walks through the roles I've seen him in. The Ghost in the Darkness was a compelling story based on true events. The movie was great, but I find the actual story more frightening. And to learn about the actual man-eating lions leaves, leaves a pit in my stomach every time I think about it.
Two 90's movies I watched recently and might be considered underrated: Devil in a Blue dress and The Grifters. Great performances by Denzel Washington and John Cusack.
It's really cool that you have found the PS3 in this stage of your life. Back when it was released I had an 8 year old son and we began playing online for the first time and there is so much nostalgia to that machine that I have kept all of our game saves and all of our games over the years. I must have close to 100 PS3 games. I have a slim 320 GB and I have a fat e model PS3 which is emulated PS2 capable. I am having my Fat reballed and delided as we speak. I am keeping both consoles forever. As of recent I've been playing more PS2 and PS3 games than I even play on my PS5. I am bored to tears with the PS5 at this moment. You definitely need to get the first two MotorStorm games. And since you like killzone 2 so much you definitely need to pick up killzone 3. It is more fine-tuned than killzone 2. Both are great. Have fun on your PS3 journey. I
I am on a mission to find Motorstorm. got a copy of Pacific rift, but disc is broke. so the hunt continues. PS3 has brought so much joy, and it keeps giving with the bangers in the wild.
@@LikeYesterday-sv3kr damn, that sucks! I love both games but Pacific rift is the best of the three. I still play both games quite often. I think you will be missing out on all of the DLC though, which also sucks. I have recently been playing NBA jam on fire edition and a game called Pure which is an ATV racing game. It is a very good game. And I've been playing the Infamous games. Those are highly recommended!
8:38 I love theatrical movie posters too from back in the day and many years ago, I purchased a lot of original theatrical posters via eBay (Ones that studios provided to movie theatres; not just the reproductions sold in stores for the general public) because I loved the artwork, the nostalgia factor, and I even thought about framing some or specific ones for movie nights with friends as a "Now Playing" novelty. Some of the posters I have include: - Many variations of 'Star Wars' movie posters, especially the original trilogy, and many are rolled and in perfect condition. - 'Metropolis' (1927) as reissued on a large French poster. - '2001: A Space Odyssey' (large Italian poster). - Disney's '20,000 Leagues Under the Sea' (large French poster). - 'Blade Runner: The Director's Cut' - Large French posters by Jean Mascii for the five original 'Planet of the Apes' movies (Of course! Haha!) that measure 47 inches wide by 63 inches in length (Huge!). - 'The Good, The Bad & The Ugly' (large French poster by Jean Mascii). - 'The Seven Year Itch' (a German poster that is very reminiscent of an Andy Warhol design). - 'Death Wish' (large French poster). - 'Gallipoli' (large French poster). - 'Tron: Legacy' (large French poster). - 'The Watchmen' (large French poster). - Etc. I'm mainly attracted to vintage or classic posters that were drawn or painted (illustrated in some way) that have striking images and graphics, particularly if they depict a key scene or scenes from the movie. I can't stand modern Photoshop posters that are lazily designed and often just show photographed headshots of the principal actors/characters that don't excite or inspire me the way that classic posters sold movies to potential audiences. :)
I accidentally started a console collection, I now own a NES, Dreamcast, PS2, GBA, Evercade and Steam Deck. I'm reeling down back to physical media as companies are more and more hostile towards game ownership. They take down servers, they add mandatory internet connection for singleplayer games, they can block you from even opening up the game whenever they want. The PS2 is the latest I got, and I just received a few games: Jak X, Devil May Cry, Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, and Star Wars Battlefront II. Some of my favorite games and some that I never played back in the day. Sadly, mine doesn't read DVDs outside of games. Really wanted that dual use out of it.
