I thought the term menino(for a male person under the ago of 18) and Homem(for a male person over the age of 18) used to well… refer to a male individual, I didn’t know moleque was also used to refer to a male person(apparently the same meaning as menino from what it look like) as well.
There are some other informal words used in Brazil to refer to a boy. Some are more common in one state than others - examples: moleque, garoto, piá, guri... In Curitiba, *piá* is the most common option.
1. Acordei he sete horas. 2. Assisti a TV por 30 minutos. 3. Telefonei para minha mae ha 8h. 4. Falamos no telefone por uma hora. 5. Estou estudando ha muito longa.

I don’t understand when to use QUE and when it’s not required between 2 verbs. “Nós temos que falar sobre negócious.” VS “Nós poderíamos ir de taxi.” Why does the first sentence require QUE and the second one doesn’t? Is that a show by itself? LOL! Thanks!

Thank you for the kind words!😊 Maybe to better understand those requirements, we should go all the back to the origins of Portuguese.😮 My advice, though, is to simply accept that *ter* is requires *que* whenever followed by another verb, *gostar* requires *de*,... and create sentences using them so that those combinations become to sound more natural.😊 I listed below some lessons in which I talk about other verbs that require prepositions when followed by other verbs.
