My 12 Sonos speakers continue to not work.. they drop certain speakers in a group daily, it just stops playing Amazon music after one song.. I have these speakers playing daily and it has been really unfortunate a big company like Sonos cannot fix this more quickly…
Hi brother i have Sonos play 3 and Sonos play 5 I want to hook up together and I can’t 😢, I can do for separate but no together, can you guys help me up whit any idea, I really appreciate any help .
Im in the UK and have built our Home Sonos system for over 10 years. This inadequate, negative software update experience, has ruined their name and I will never recommend them again! Shame on Sonos for not providing a swift update or solution.
Very Buggy since new app....As a AV integrator , a lot of my customers are frustated ...very buggy volume control lag....no more sonos net ?? S2 was a Tank ... Took 8 weeks for the Sonos Ceo to react....Very bad move from them
Relearn the new app, good luck with that. My experience is that the app rarely connects to my system and when it does it’s laggy and glitches or just doesn’t respond at all. The previous version worked just fine for me.
I changed WiFi provider to Fios and now it doesn’t find any of my Sonos devices and I did every troubleshooting possible and nothing!! I need my music so definitely searching for a whole new sound system for my home
The app now makes me so angry that i'm this close to just selling my beam gen 2 altogether. After this update, it keeps losing my wifi and i have to keep reconnecting it. After every time it connecfs, it keeps saying i dont have any sonos proctucts. True play is a joke so i can't calibrate anything anymore. Plus the sound the sound completely drops out from my tv altogether, so i got to factory reset everything all over again. 😠
Still generally buggy at times for me but it’s been getting better with updates. However, I’m in the same boat as every other Sonos owner, I just want this damn thing to work as I’ve paid a premium for these speakers!
@@HiFiBrothers Yeah exactly. I've put a lot of money towards these products and it's hugely frustrating when they don't work to their full potential because of a stupid decision to release a broken update without first testing it. I don't want to part with my beam gen 2 because it sounded so good when the app did work. Nothing on the market comes close imo. So I'm gonna wait and see how further updates go. But Sonos is really testing our patience.
Yeah honestly tvs won't replace projectors. I feel projectors have a way of pulling you in more i'm not 100 percent why i feel that way. Also projectors still can do a 125 inch screen. It is nice though tvs are finally dropping in price.
Awesome!!! I've been thinking about DIYing with NCoreX or Purifi modules, but Buckeye seems to be a pretty perfect option to improve WAF without a stupid brand premium.
? Are the 1723 2s subwoofer THX certified ? That they dont say on their web site ! Speakers are - both 1723 and 1723 s - but to my knowledge the subs are not THX certified !
Tell us more about over heating. It’s over heating with nothing playing? Did you try a trigger input instead from your AVR? Also the dual power plugs is not common. Monolith 8ch has similar dual plugs.
Bro I got some stuff installed yesterday at my house and was so excited. The techs that came over couldn’t even get the sub gen 3 to work.. the app is annoying and doesn’t connect to anything.. I’m tired of this BS, I regret my decision even getting into this Sonos ecosystem. It’s a big POS
Just got a grovelling email from Sonos CEO about the new app and the mess they made launching it before it was right. I've never had a problem with my Sonos equipment until this disaster. It's put me off buying anying else from them, I feel I've wasted a load of money. Well done Sonos.

That was not a review, that was barely a description.
It is horrible, since the release im so disappointed with my 6 speakers system. The equalizer doesnt even work for me, i cant even shut down my subwoofer through the app or adjust any levels. It’s extremely laggy while changing songs or volume, so now i mostly play music straight from the spotify app. If the system wasnt many years old i would return it no doubt
They ruined software that wasn't even close to ready so they could sell headphones. Speakers drop every time I play music. Takes ten to fifteen seconds to even play/pause when it works. Airplay is even sketchy most of the time. And apparently, they took out the part of not selling customer information from their TOS.
😳🫣 Get out of Here with the Garbage Ultra Short Throw Projector Comparisons!!!! A Typical Short Throw Projector or a Long Throw Projector Doesn't require a Screen that Costs more than a $100.00. There are Numerous DIY RU-vid Videos on DIY Home Theater Screens. I Bought a New True 4K LG Cinebeam Projector that has a Built in TV tuner on Sale for $1000.00 and it Blows away the Hisense U76N. I paired it with a 125 inch Max Ultra White Screen for $100.00. So do Not Shill for the TV Manufacturers. The Best Home Theaters have At Least a 120 inch Screen and a Projector, Not a Garbage Ultra Short Throw Projector. UST Projectors are inferior in picture quality to Normal Projectors. They cost too much...
@@HiFiBrothers The average person is Buying TCL S3 and S4 TV'S and similar Hisense, and Lesser Brands TV'S. They are Not buying expensive TV'S. 75% of consumers most likely more than that are Not going to spend more than $600.00 on a TV ever. The Most Sold TV'S are the Least Expensive TV'S across All the TV Brands. This year and Last year I watched / heard TCL when they announced their New TV'S. The Spokesperson said that the Vast Majority of the TVS that they sell are the S3 and S4 TV'S. TCL is trying to get those people to spend more money on Higher Quality TV'S. The Head of the TV Division said that is why they came out with the S5 and the Q6 Models to Hopefully get more people into the Higher end TV'S that they sell. TV'S that Cost over $1,000.00 are Less than 10% of All TV'S sold worldwide. Women don't Geek out like Men do about a TV'S Picture Quality, about the Size of a 100 inch TV. Women (Like 95% of Women) would much Rather be Taken out to the Movie Theater. They don't want a Home Theater because then it is Less Likely she will be going out to a Lot of Movies and Dinners. The Home Theater Market with Projectors has Never been a Large Segment of the World Population. The people who are using Projectors are more Numerous than the people who Buy $1,000.00 and up TV'S. Honestly people who spend money 🤑 💰 on High end Projectors they Buy High end TV'S too. Audio Video Nerds don't think: I have a 100 inch TV now, so I don't Need my 300 inch Screen in my Professional Movie Theater anymore... No these People Love Technology and don't ever want to Give up their Large Screen Movie Theaters. I have more than $30,000.00 invested in my own Home Theater, which is Peanuts compared to what people with real money spend on their Home Theaters. I would have to say DIY, and Professionally Installed Home Theaters are Easily at the Highest level today then they have ever been at. Because it is Easier than it has ever been to DIY a Quality Home Theater. The Quality and Range of Projectors (As you know I consider a UST Projector Really Just an overly Expensive Flawed TV.) available today is at it Zenith and the Popularity of Projectors are Not being diminished by the Large Screen TV's that are being sold today. For example College Dorm rooms (People who don't have much money to spend throughout society.) are full of Students that Buy $300.00 to $600.00 LED Projectors and use the wall to give themselves a 100 inch Screen. Some don't have room for that size so they are happy with a 50 inch image. A few things are Behind this. They want a Big Screen but they can't afford a High Quality TV. Also They can easily Lock up their Projector. Yes Theft is very Big in college housing and in low rent housing. Amazon is selling Tens of Thousands of Projectors Worldwide yearly because People Love them. The Projector market is Thriving.
Great video. A 100" TV is amazing. I have a really nice 85" Samsung QLED that just died. Are the viewing angles similar in degradation to other QLED's or is this one particularly worse? Thanks
I find it's painfully laggy. The Volume slider can be 10 seconds out of sync to the volume change. Sometimes it say No Products Found. Having to hit the back button to get back home etc... Terrible app. Great hardware.
With this forced update I lost the ability to access Qobuz playlists in the iOS app as many others have noted. Apparently Sonos says this is Qobuz's fault which is patently absurd. That's like the tail waging the dog. And apparently Sonos is digging in its heels on this one with no plans to fix it. I'm heavily invested in Sonos gear but that is about to change. Sonos' continued and utter disregard for its customers is just too much and this is the last straw. I hope the used market gets flooded with Sonos gear. It is time for diligent RU-vid influencers to advise their viewers to dump Sonos and help us find options. They have proven not only that they don't care about their new or long term customers but they also appear to be utterly incompetent at this point. We can rant all we want but Sonos won't change until enough people walk away.
Imagine Samsung messing up the TV remotes, will you buy samsung TV ? If you use android, i advice to delete current app. Install the old app Apk files are available. Change auto app update setting on Your phone. I don't know about iOS but thank god I am using Android. Rolling back actually feels like an Update to this mess.
