Dear Shyam, Your video is very helpful to understand different types and different sources of collagen. I want to start collagen for my bones. I am suffering with osteoporosis and muscle problems. Can you suggest the best collagen supplement? I am vegetarian and prefer vegetarian supplements, but I am fine with any non-vegetarian supplement if that is better for my condition. The only exception is the source shouldn't be the cow. I appreciate your advice on this.
Sevenseas cod liver capsules can be taken along with supradyn? How much vitamin A and D is getting from Sevenseas cod liver capsules? (not mentioned in video for Sevenseas) Along with supradyn and sevenseas cod liver capsules, which supplement would you recommend for vitamin K? I don’t have as such vitamin deficiencies but I workout 3-4 hours daily that’s the purpose Please reply

Iwould really appreciate it. don't know sir, I am mixing it in blender with a good amount of water and even only half scoop bu it still gives me taste like powder as it feels like it doesnot mix well. Hello, I assume you are talking about Oziva plant protein powder ? Its unflavoured and it will taste and fell like that only , so dont worry . the product is not bad.. Hello , As a vegan student, you might find it challenging to get enough calcium from your diet alone. While supplements can be helpful, it's essential to remember that they should complement, not replace, a balanced diet. So dairy is a common source of calcium but you are vegan so not for you.. there are plenty of plant-based options like fortified plant milk (soy, almond, oat), leafy green vegetables (, spinach), tofu, nuts and seeds and fortified plant-based yogurts. Try including these into your meals.. thanks

Hi I ordered Unived Magnesium Glycinte after your recommendation (from Amazon).Mainly to help improve my sleep.I have been using it for the past 7 days, but it hasn't improved my sleep. Now comming to the Main point that when i decided to check what content is present inside capsule i found white powder which almost taste like powdered suger!!!!!! Am I Getting Scammed!!! It says no sugar than why so sweet??I haven't called customer care yet, but I want to know from you. Please do reply.

A balanced diet rich in a variety of fruits, vegetables, grains, and plant-based proteins can naturally provide most of the vitamins and minerals kids need. You can give - For eye health: Carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes (rich in vitamin A), and omega-3-rich foods like flaxseeds and chia seeds. For immunity: Citrus fruits, bell peppers (vitamin C), nuts and seeds (zinc), and fortified plant-based milks (vitamin D). Miduty fish oil has rosemary extract in it...but has to be consumed within 2 months after opening, as what the company says, which is not possible for everyone (consumption within 2 months). Sir kindly review it if possible.

Vitamin A (Retinol): High doses of vitamin A in retinol form can be toxic to the liver. look ffor a multivitamin with beta-carotene, which is a safer precursor of vitamin A.
