Worldwide, these disorders affect over 1 in 100 people and are a major source of distress and impairment. But myths, stigmas, and lack of information about psychopathy and other disorders of aggression can make it difficult for individuals and families affected by these disorders to find the support they need.
We are dedicated to raising awareness of psychopathy and other disorders of aggression, providing screening tools and other resources for affected individuals and families, and raising funds for research. We also aim to create educational tools for professionals and a national database of treatment providers to help share truths about these disorders.
People forget that psychopathy is not the worse and doesn't mean evil. Real thing to be afraid of is someone who have feelings and all but has been so destroyed that it only seeks revenge on humanity. Why is it worse? Because it knows how to strike hard and it knows suffering. That's true evil, you embrace it.

She took the question to apply very specifically to physical violence. There are many ways you could be dangerous to someone else that don't involve direct physical violence.

Sick thing is that society perceives her as a very social and nice person while introverted people like me are perceived as weird or antisocial....and at the end its exactly the opposite
It's funny , I mention in a post about guns that cluster Bs ( psychos , extreme narcs ) and schizophrenic shouldn't have access to guns and all gun owners should be tested with mmpi 2 tests ...then all these recommendations of " nice psychopaths " make it into my recommendations. Funny how that is....
My daughter is a sociopath. Has been since she was little. She learned how to speak and then to lie in one week. She is very good at lying. She knows what hurts and does it twice. She has kept my youngest grandchild from me since 2-19. She was 9 then and a teen now. She was a beautiful girl with big brown eyes and sweet smile and now she wants to be a boy. She calls herself Max. My daughter probably encouraged this behavior. My oldest granddaughter is schizophrenic. That was inherited but not from us. From the father. My daughter had 3 girls by 3 different fathers and she raised them mostly away from us. She has moved so many times I never knew where she was. She ghosted me for years. Last year my husband, her dad, had a heart attack. She called him once. I text her. But she only texts her dad when she wants more money. We must have given her over 50K over the years to keep her and my grandchildren in a place to live. For a while she lived with us. Her second child got pregnant at 17 and my daughter made her keep the baby but never took her to any prenatal visits. She ended up with preeclampsia and had to have a C section. She wanted to give the baby to her MIL. She never married the father. She never did anything around the house. The did not do wash or cook or clean. She hated the child and she looks just like me. Thank God I get to be in her life. Her mother, my granddaughter abandoned her in 2022. The baby dad got a new woman. Sam left her clothes and her daughter and sold the trailer we bought them so they would have a place to live. She kept all the money for herself even though I begged her to give the dad some child support money. She sold her rights of parenthood to him for a VR headset. This is the person my daughter raised. Really bad genes from the father of the middle one. A mental case. Sam never had a chance to be normal. Truth is they do not know what causes this. Was it my fault? Did I do anything wrong while gestating? Did I do something wrong after? How do these "bad seeds" happen. My husband says it is just her. But I saw disturbing things while she was growing up. My husband passed them off as a phase. NOT A PHASE. She was better during her first pregnancy. Maybe the hormones changed her. There is no deep study into sociopathy. She is not violent but she is cunning and cold and cruel. The dad of my great granddaughter will not allow her to see the little one. She showed her true colors the first month after the baby was born. They learned not to trust anything she said or did. Thank God I have that one in my life. Family is everything. We raised them in the church and in Christian school. She was what she was.
It's really off putting how she keeps her eyes completely to the side so you are looking at whites of her eyes the whole time she is talking. It creates a very disturbing atmosphere around her even if I didn't know she was a psychopath.
Yeesh! 😬It's clear where this "expert's" sympathies and biases lie. 🧐I *PINED* for my alcoholic, workaholic, genuinely narcissistic mother as a child even while living in the same household, and felt terribly guilty for years about going no contact with her in my twenties (except for sporadic, rare exchanges of cards and gifts I initially started). Even after she told me *in writing* in a letter she had to stamp and take to a mailbox (suggesting cruelty or cluelessness) that she was "happy with our relationship the way it was" despite literally not having seen or spoken to me for YEARS, it took me over a decade to realize she estranged herself from ME starting when I was very young. *You can abandon a child in countless ways while living in the same house and feeding, clothing, and educating them (even at Ivy League colleges!).* Childhood Emotional Neglect - see Janice Webb's early videos for a non-parent shaming primer criticizing them or scowling every time they try to initiate communication or linger in your presence repeatedly shaming them for normal childhood behaviors picking fights with them out of the blue (to them) as a way to vent your emotions after a bad day physically leaving them (for work, school, romance...) and never writing or calling spending hours with other people's children in optional activities while literally not interacting with your own school age kid(s) for days, weeks, or months at a time repeatedly pressuring a child to live with the other (divorced) parent literally never speaking to or looking at a child besides logistics yet spending hours with their Golden Child sibling For any parent who genuinely thinks they're blameless in an estrangement by a child with "normal" capacity for empathy (e.g. not a psychopath or narcissist), I'd suggest learning about things like Childhood Emotional Neglect, toxic family systems, complex-PTSD, addiction's impact on families, theory of mind, recognizing and validating your own and others' emotions, healthy boundaries, etc. before trying to repair a relationship with an adult child. We are not to blame for having unhealthy patterns ingrained in us as children, but if we want healthy relationships now it's up to us to take ownership of recognizing and healing them and learning better ways. I think a psychopath has tried to drive me to off myself. In my case it escalated to a massive online harassment campaign that stopped only 1 month ago after 6 years of being harassed almost to my de*th - this platform was doxxed and participated- I’m asking for anyone here at this platform to come forward with information. The stalking caused serious damage to my property- at least $4,000-$5,000 in landscaping/plants killed- thousands in clothes - Jewelry and sentimental items stolen- gifts from my father- I don’t know who has done this. My computer = malware = WiFi taken over for 6 years- Heating system broken- no heat for 4 years now- can’t work - please contact me personally or my local police or government with information so I can identify who has done this.

Not all Muslims are terrorists or fundamental activists. But have you ever noticed... The same goes for psychopaths. They aren't inherently violent, nor are they prone to commit crimes any more/less than anybody else. It's just that the ins/outs of being a serial killer are very difficult for most people. Only psychopaths are equipped (or unequipped as the case may be) to deal with the personal trauma that comes with taking another life And so they tend to be more "successful" at it. At least until they're caught. So.... Not all psychopaths are murderers. _But have you ever noticed...._

psychopath good upbringing, buisness and leadership, psychopath bad upbringing, animal cruelty and violence. your upbringing determines what type of psychopath you will turn out as, either way these people lack empathy and accountability
I've heard of people feeling entitled to other people's jewelry or other belongings, etc. because they feel they are more valuable because they are more attractive, or whatever it may be. Was there an entitlement feeling because of your high IQ or for making more money? Maybe it wasn't a clearly thought out thing at all. Human behavior isn't always easy to predict. But to recognize one's own faults/shortcomings could be a good sign.
I dont understand these people talking about her smile being weird or even the fact that she drowned an oposum being an insane crime, if the video wasn't named what it named and th3 topic of discussion was different nobody would have said anything about her smile they are only saying that because they know she is a psycopath. And also killing the oposum isnt that big of a thing i bet everyone here as killed ants and other insects multiple times and not felt any regret or guilt over that
