14:17 - idk if this classifies as a fun fact but, in Rory's high school graduation episode (idk if you've seen that one yet, it's the last episode of season 3) Emily and Richard give Rory a car as a graduation gift, she has it throughout the rest of the show
This episode is one of the best examples of why I love Luke and Lorelei. The chemistry was always there and they genuinely loved being with each other. But the true relationship of the show is Jess and Luke. From the moment he showed up until a year in the life, they both have grown together so much. I love it.
Fun fact (or not) but season 4 is the only season Rory is single through the whole season and doesn't have a love interest, she has a friend that has feelings for her but hes not a love interest seeing as Rory does not reciprocates
lol. well, I wouldn't say he lost to a child. the fight was pretty one-sided and it was evidently clear that Ares wasn't even attempting to use his full powers and was still winning. he simply played a little too long with his food, got blindsided by the fact that Percy could command the sea, and got nicked by Percy.. i do see your point though.
Fun fact the woman talking to Patti at the beginning of the episode is Scott Patterson’s (Luke’s) wife (before they were married (I don’t believe they were married yet)

So weird that you've had that dream, I've had the exact same one a few times but then right before I wake up I say to myself "hang on, I've got a degree, why am I back at school?" 😂
One of the things that really bothers me is how terrible Liz is to her son, Jess, etc but then when she actually shows up in the show, they paint her as a real nice lady
I agree. I never understood why they painted her in a bad light by all these stories where she was a terrible mother and then they introduce her as a normal woman/mum. I was hoping she’d be some kind of dead beat crackhead who starts to come to her senses in 1 season when she moves to Stars Hollow!
@@filmlife1000 you seemed to miss the fact that she's nice but she's always put men over her son all these years. She admits it but they expect Jess to just get over it
Exactly. Context matters lol Right before Jess showed up, Dean was implying that he can “do what he wants even while he’s married.” He was being the “Dependable Dean boyfriend” and not the, “I’m Married Dean, and we’ll take this food to-go because Lindsey is expecting me back after dropping you off and actually, let me call her to see if she wants something, ” husband that he was supposed to be. Dean’s been setting up his “Get Rory,” arc for a minute now.
@@jenbialek I’m saying that rather than Dean being a good husband with boundaries - he was sneaking around and leading Rory on. By the time Rory sleeps with him she was yelling at Lorelai about his marriage being over and how that’s her Dean. 👀 Why? He was bad mouthing Lindsey and proving to Rory he could still be in her Yale life. 🙊
The 'dad from Wizards of Waverly place' is David Deluise, real life brother of Michael Deluise who plays TJ. Both also appear in the tv series Stargate SG-1 as does their brother, Peter Deluise, who was also an actor, writer director and producer of the show. David and Michael don't play brothers on the show though, like they do on Gilmore, and as far as I remember, they don't share screen time together at any point. Michael and Peter Deluise do however share screen time together I think, they definitely at least appear in the same episode. I have no idea if you or anyone else cares about this but Gilmore and Stargate were both hyperfixations of mine at various points so might as well share the knowledge. 🤷♂️
I love how much you hate Jess😂 He IS the worst. (That's my unnuanced take. My thoughts on Jess are actually much more complex. But I don't like him) ...also, season 5 ep 8, The Party's Over. That is one of my favorite Rory/Dean episodes
I don't like him either. It always makes me crazy when Jess fans go on about how he convinced her to go back to Yale after she quit. They conveniently forget that a couple of years earlier Mr. Wonderful was trying to get her to quit Yale and run off with him to work in New York. Yeah, he really understands her, lol.
@@LB-gz3ke THIS!!!! I thought that was so hypocritical of Jess. What gave him the right to judge ANYTHING she was doing? Just because he wrote a book? Man...go on somewhere, Jess
You should watch s2 e18 back in the saddle again! I am currently rewatching GG with my boyfriend and every episode I’m like “I have to tell Tag to watch this it’s sooooo good!” lol fr though I would watch you watch the whole series from start to finish.
